I love Marcos pizza wherever I am, it's my favorite chain. Pretty consistently good but this particular location, exceeded my expectations. I ordered three pizzas: one reg crust, one thin, and one cauliflower - they were all amazing. Normally you can add special instructions for the cook and cut, I couldn't here but the food was cooked perfectly, no flop, not overly greasy, good amount of toppings, and the crust toppers were on point. I normally order it cooked well done elsewhere. It arrived right on time also.

I just ordered Pizza from Marcos Pizza. It was horrible. I had light cheese on it however they did not put light cheese on it. They also use canned mushrooms on their pizza which has horrible quality. Absolutely worst pizza. I will never order again.

We need more staff members here that are American and people that can speak clear English. This is unacceptable. The whole staff here are Indian who do not know how to speak English and can’t communicate properly. My order was never made and when I called they continuously hung up on me. Not only that, they refused to let me talk to a manager when I requested it multiple times. They just simply didn’t understand me and this is a problem. I’ve been coming to this location for years and will never come again. I hope they improve their staff.
UPDATE***: The manager called me the next day and “tried” to make things right. But here’s the problem - he was also Indian and we had no clue what he was saying. Then he had the audacity to ask with an attitude “You don’t understand the words I’m speaking?” Then hung up on us. Everything before that question we could not comprehend. Once again, this is a problem. We need English speaking individuals on the phone PLEASE.

Whoever delivered my pizza tonight left it on my porch and didn't knock on the door or anything. The pizza was cold, the box was open. I've never had this service before. Shameful!

I am normally a pizza snob and haven't eaten at Marco's in years. Went today with my son for dining in. The atmosphere of this small location isn't much but the food and service more than made up for it. Nick was great and very friendly. Marco's will now be in our 'rotation' for pizza which is at least once a week. Bye bye to all of the other local pizza joints from now on. We were only able to eat 1/3 of the XL pizza between the two of us.

I always ordered pizza online for takeout, but this time I tried dining in. The place had some seating and was very clean. I ordered a veggie and hawaiian chicken pizza—both were delicious with lots of toppings and cheese. Service was great, and the pizza was ready in just 15 mins—super fast!

The only reason i’m giving it one star so I can Rate it. Order the pizza picked it up. Got home pizza is very old pepperoni hard crispy Pizza is lukewarm call the store back spoke with Eddie who is supposed to give me my money back manager. Starts hollering at me starts yelling at me and telling me I have to let him speak after I spent my money for a pizza. Why does it care what does it matter what you have to say I want another piece of my money back Very bad customer service. I definitely love, Marcos just not that location on Rolater in Plano I HATE YOU PIZZAS AND YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS DISGUSTING. You all need to fire your manager and get better management… Ud customers is what drives your business word of mouth spreads like wildfire. Please don’t continue to not acknowledge experiences with your store It already smells bad in there do better……. Awe awful experience, awful experience

This Marcos location is the best! The pizza is super good and consistent. We’ve been regulars of bogo Tuesday for a long time and they never disappoint. Deliveries are timely and food is hot. And, they truly care about their customers, which is a super nice thing to experience these days!
I left Pizza Hut after tasting Marco Pizza. I went in and the staff was so nice and the food was so fresh. The wings (garlic butter) is the best wings I've tasted. I called today and they remembered me. That alone won me over again. I have the app, I love the energy, the employees are great and when you can remember me after a first time visit you have my business forever. That means you love and care about your customers. Not their money. My family will be eating Marco Pizza etc every time the visit Texas.
