I actually didn't get a chance to eat here since I waited at least 10 minutes for the server to come, but they never showed so we ended up leaving. Restaurant must be short staffed.

This was our first time visiting Mash'D in Frisco, and unfortunately, it will likely be our last. While the food was pretty good, the service was absolutely terrible. We had two different waiters, and neither seemed to know what was going on. It took forever just to get waters after we sat down, and every time we asked for more water, chips, or anything else, it felt like they had completely forgotten about us. The service was slow, the staff lacked a sense of urgency, and they weren’t very friendly. They may have been short-staffed, but that doesn’t excuse the poor experience we had. Disappointing overall.

The food was explicit and the waitress was TOP NOTCH, NANA! She was ON TOP of it! The mimosas were the BEST I’ve ever had! Atmosphere was fun but not too loud that you couldn’t have a conversation. 5 STAR ALL AROUND! 10 STAR if it was such a thing!
And no one even knew my Father in Law knows the owner! That’s good service!

We used to love Mash’d but it has really gone downhill recently. We went today and after sitting for more than 10 minutes with no waiter, we left. There were waiters around cleaning tables, helping other people that came in after us, but no one ever came to our table and it wasn’t busy. Less than 10 tables seated in the restaurant at the time. So wildly frustrating.

The atmosphere in this place is SO COOL. It set the bar pretty high seeing how nice the building was. Food did not disappoint at all. It was phenomenal. I got the bulgogi tacos and and my boyfriend got their pizza. Both of these dishes were amazing and the pizza may be my new favorite. Emily was amazing and had awesome suggestions. They checked every box for a great restaurant. 10:10 recommend.

The food was delicious. They had the best wings I've had in years. They were tasty, juicy, and perfectly fried. The server Christian was amazing. He was kind, knowledgeable, and super helpful. The place was inviting and a perfect place to have a good meal and a drink. The bartender was on point. You have to go!!!!

We were seated promptly. We received our menu and waited 10 min. My wife finally went up to the front to explain the situation. Our order was taken. The food was ok but not great. We were not that impressed with the atmosphere. We were never checked on again until we were waiting to pay. We will not be back.
I had a good salad, the place is very cool, my friend picked this place. Never been , but I hope to return soon to try other stuff on the menu. Very chill place. The mimosas were kind of hot thou. It's not very cold like im used to.

Place has gone way downhill. Not sure how they earned some of these other reviews. Atrocious service and cost cutting measures on portion sizes mean this thing is on a death knell. Split chicken breasts were less than 1/4" in places with majority of batter. Place was largely empty at 7pm seems to confirm suspicions.

I brought my friend here visiting from out of state. They put garlic in the ketchup. It's incredible. My friend said it was one of the best burgers he's ever had. Their shoestring fries are beautiful seasoned and perfectly cooked. Our server was super charismatic. This is a lovely place to be.
