The manager, Alex, was the nicest and most hardworking person I saw in the entire establishment. He was extremely friendly and always had a smile on his face!

Alex is the sweetest person I’ve met! Every time I come here I love too see Alex with a smile on his face.

The food is consistently fast and good. The staff is always pleasant. The manager (Alex) works very hard, remembers his customers, and creates a welcoming feel. If my Coke gets low the stag is always on it.

The presentation and flavor profiles of the food and beverages are commendable. The initial reception by the staff, notably Alex, exemplifies exemplary service standards, contributing significantly to the overall dining experience.

Our family loves the Frisco McAlister’s! Alex the manager has become a friend of ours and we always look forward to seeing him. The food is always delicious! Thank you Alex for always taking care of us!

I ordered the ultimate nacho. None off my toppings where in ramekins, but on top of my chips. So my chips were soggy, my avocado was brown, my cheese and chili were old. This is the worst McAllister’s I’ve ever been too. I asked the associate about this, she says this is how they do it now. Ridiculous. I will never return here. And also, I was given burnt chocolate chip cookies. I will never return here. I will go the Plano location were the service is wonderful.

Alex is the Best worker y'all got up in there! He exemplifies professionalism and a genuine care for customers overall experience. If he isn't manager or GM I really hope y'all see the light and begin to steer his career in that direction.

I had food from the Frisco McAlister’s delivered, and it was amazing! I highly recommend the Pecan berry salad and turkey club on a croissant.

Restaurants is always nice and clean. And service is always outstanding. There have been changes to menu since I was last here, but for the better. Had the new York, with potatoe salad.

We initially ordered our meal from Favor but the driver never delivered it. After about an hour and 45 minutes, we called McAllister’s to find out if the order was still there. My boyfriend spoke to Don who indicated that the Favor driver had not picked it up. My boyfriend told him that we would be come down to the restaurant and eat our dinner there. When we arrived at McAllister‘s, Don told us that he was going to make us a fresh meal since it had been almost 2 hours since we placed the order. In less than 10 minutes, Don brought our food to the table. In addition to Don, another young lady (Iyja) stopped by our table twice to see if we needed anything, including drink refills. Talk about GREAT customer service!!! Thank you to these 2 incredible individuals who made our dinner great! We will return again … this time without using Favor!

Don’t go an hour before closing. We walked in at exactly an hour before they close and we got glared at. Half the dining room was closed. If you don’t want guest, Change your hours then !! They staff was upset and rude. Had to ask for silverware. Bathrooms were unkept. Won’t go back

This was the perfect spot to catch up with friends on a beautiful Sunday afternoon. The service was great and with a sunny attitude. I received tremendous help in deciding on my order; it was my first time there. Will definitely be going back. The French Dip was delicious! My lemonade with a dose of strawberry puree really hot the spot.
