This order was not up to par for the second time I have gotten it delivered. I ask for lemon in my tea and again there was no lemon and the receipt that they are supposed to cross check states lemon. I added items to my spud and again not included, which one item was an extra charge and again it was on the receipt. The time before this we ordered a salad and there was hair in it and the cookie had some plastic baked in with it. So I will no longer be a patron to this establishment especially for delivery.

I love the Savannah salad. I order it a few times a month, and have for a while. It’s always delicious and fresh. There were just two orders my dressing didn’t make it with the salad. I called after the second time. Huge props to the manager Julian and his team. I called once and it’s been perfect ever since. It’s management and teamwork I always want to recognize. This restaurant is five stars! Thanks for going above and beyond for your customers ?

The sandwiches were made well, we asked for pickle spears (and they were listed on each box they prepared) but there were none. It wasn’t SUPER busy, but they completely ignored everyone in the to-go/pick up line for about 10 minutes before even addressing us. Just not great service overall. Food quality is almost never a miss though.

Well...requested extra pickle spears, ended up with zero... Ordered McAlister's club...got 3/4 of a sandwich. WTF is wrong with this location? Plano location is always on point. Yall need training courses from them.

Had a curbside order, clicked I'm here from my email to confirm that I was here twice. Waiting for 15 mins and no one comes out. Walk inside and my orders is just sitting out. Don't offer curbside if you're not going to bring it to the curb for me(:

Got rushed by the manager to order our food and then proceeded to wait over 45 minutes for the food to come out. Not to mention the employees feel the need to let you know how horrible of a a day they’re having as you’re just trying to enjoy your food. Seriously save your money and time because this level of service is a disgrace.

We were looking for a place to get a soup, sandwich and potato for dinner. We opted for McAlister's because we wanted a good iced tea. Upon reading the reviews, I was afraid we would be disappointed. Thankfully we weren't. The service was great, Daya took our order and the assistant manager whose name escapes me checked up on us. When the food arrived, it looked and tasted great. If you're hesitant, I'd give them a chance. The restaurant was about 25% full so I know there's many folks who come, enjoy their meal and go on with their life. Ywe likely only read reviews from the small percentage who had an issue. No issues here.
