Worst location I’ve ever been too. Customer service skills equivalent to talking to a potato. I ordered the 2 pack apple pie and an Arnold Palmer through the drive thru.
1st, I greeted the speaker with a “Hi” and the response was “ what do you want” WHAT?!? not, how can I take your order, what can I get started for you, NOTHING. I then was charged for 2 single apple pies which is more than buying the 2 pack which is what Initially ordered(2pack), so another service worker stepped in to fix it. That short young Latina girl , needs a refresher on customer service skills. She gave me my order, didn’t say a word, not a here, she put the food out the window then left- the same one that greeted me. When she gave me the drink, my Arnold Palmer looked like I ordered lemonade with 3 splashes of sweet tea. I get to driving, telling myself it’s cool, I’ll deal with it. I ended up turning around because I didn’t want lemonade, I wanted an Arnold Palmer. I get back to the window, and immediately once I started explaining what happened, she cut me off and said “ you want your money back?” I told her no, just a remake. She then proceed to say she gave me an Arnold Palmer and that’s what it was. I told her then add more sweet tea. Long story short, avoid this location , and double check your food. I am now home eating 2 burnt apple pies. LMAO

If they dirty dirty tables (every table), Old Heat lamp style food and the sense that bare minimum is the goal this is the spot! If any small business was ran like this, they would go out of business.

The lines are always atrocious here. I sat waiting for my to-go order in a parking spot for 15 minutes after already waiting in line in the Drive-Thru. Plus in the Drive-Thru they wait for you to speak and not the other way around at the speaker. For such a busy location they need to speed it up.

Hands down one of the worst mcdonalds I've been to. All I ordered was a coffee and i have to do curbside because my vehicle is too big for the drive thru.
Waited 30 minutes before I went in and then they tried to give me the coffee that was made 30 minutes ago and just sitting there.

Submitted a curbside order. Waited 30 min. Store marked it as complete. Went inside. 8 people waiting. No employees anywhere to be found. McDonald’s won’t return my money.
I gave the man my code at 4:58 a.m. got my food drove around the corner to work. Got to work and order was correct. Went back and ask for my food he told me he didn’t put the code in for my hash brown. All he had to say I didn’t it didn’t work.

No matter what time I come here, dine in, To-go or drive thru, breakfast, lunch or dinner this location is going to mess something up! Half filled fries and drinks, sauce when you ask for plain. If you ask for condiments you won’t get them. Biscuit is hard, hash browns undercooked and taste like old oil. Most of the time since the remodel ac doesn’t work I don’t know when I’m going to learn not to come to this McDonalds! I guess they got me again
