Called to speak with the manager on Saturday night - 1/11 to save me a trip back to the restaurant in this weather. The phone just rang, and no one ever picked up the phone. I called well before 11, and they close at 12. They weren’t too busy to answer because they sent one employee home. I called for 20 minutes. No response.

Honestly what a bust. I order from this McDonald's and they forget multiple things from my order. Forgot a whole damn meal and stuff for my kid. Ridiculous..
I had the pleasure of visiting this location on Christmas. The staff were so full of Christmas cheer and joy! I swore that when I pulled up to the window, I could hear them singing Christmas carols in the kitchen!! ✨️🎄🥺 When my order was handed to me, they said "I hope you and your family have a wonderful joyous Christmas!!" I was so amazed. This is what Christmas is all about, folks. God Bless!!!!!

The food was cold. I felt discrimination as a white man, on 10/10/2024 I heard the whole night crew calling me cracker in Spanish I guess they thought i couldn’t understand to be honest it hurt my feelings really bad I felt sick to my stomach and i couldn’t even swallow I was just devastated racist

I came here over a couple weeks ago, and was treated extremely poorly. My family is going through some hardship and when I tried to get water on one of my credit cards it declined because it was maxed out (it happens right) they proceeded to laugh and ridicule me basically. I was going to give them another card but decided people like that don’t deserve any amount of money. Never coming here again and I’d recommend other people to consider this review before going here.
I was gonna let this go, but I can’t because just of the principles I uphold. You don’t know who’s going through what, so be kind always please.
