No play area. The equipments were removed. At the time I was there, a family with older kids came and started playing with loud noises. They were playing in the open space were the kids play equipment was removed. Not sure if it is put back but wouldn’t go back.

Have you ever noticed that McDonald’s is the only fast food location with drive thru services, that has you pull forward to wait… why? It’s because- all McDonald’s locations are tracked for service speed, customer service etc. when they ask us to wait in a parking spot or at the front of the building, that’s stops the counter and it makes the system think the food was already served when in reality, we could be waiting another five minutes or so in a parking spot to get our food… cheating the system. They even do it when there’s no one else in line behind me. Two of my children have worked at this location and that’s how I know this information. Not all McDonald’s do this but the few in this Frisco area do

Everyone knows fast food is not good for thr long run, so going to McDonald's every once in a while is not that bad. What makes a difference is that the attitude of the employees who take and serve your order. Staff at this location is friendly and does not give you that "I don't care" mentality. They're actually nice.

We ordered 2 sundaes in the mobile app, but the manager was keep arguing that we only bought 1. She didn’t even tried making us another sundae, until she called her boss. This Mc. Donald’s customer service is horrible! Please never buy ice creams with mobile app in this place. We wasted so much time arguing with this manager. Please do something about this no manner manager. Now our food is cold.
