I suspect that the protocols are not being strictly implemented. Especially the one with cooking oil. Sandwich didn't taste like the usual mcd one. Iced coffee also tasted diluted. Request the management to look into it.

This is one of the better run McDonalds in the area, usually quick ordering, friendly staff, and never mess up an order.
I usually go to this McDonald’s since it’s near my work, never really had any bad experiences. The one time it was busy was near closing time, but they still moved the line effectively.
Staff is generally very friendly and courteous, never any issues there. Safety is good, never any loiterers or loud cars. Food is about the same quality as any other MD, never had anything come out cold.
The only thing I’d change is to expand the hours a bit later, but given there are 24/7 locations within a few miles I guess that doesn’t make sense.

The Hispanic youngish woman at the window with black & blond hair made such an unnecessary comment which pisses me off because I’ve worked at a fast food place & so I understand the struggle & because of that I’m always nice all I asked was for my receipt to make sure I got my change back correct when giving to me I said okay that what I got back as I was pulling off she said to a worker “all that for nothing” with an attitude. Like bffr it’s literally your job to serve lol 🤦🏻♀️ don’t be mad at me be mad at yourselve for were your at in life. She was wearing a blue sweater which I assumed she a manager… saaad, there’s literally no reason to be rude is someone is nice and mostly in this time of day & at that a ignorant grown woman 🤦🏻♀️

The service at the this location is awful. There was a very rude lady working at the drive through food pickup window on November 30th. She simple threw my daughters food on the ground when I attempted to grab the box and walked away without making eye contact. I was so shocked and left because I didn’t want to order any other food in case it was tampered with. To the owner, please train your staff on customer service skills otherwise you will keep losing customers. Luckily there are other McDonald’s and other fast food joints that have more pleasant staff that I will be taking my business too.

This was my experience.
I drive up to the display in the drive through. No one answers I wait a good 5min cars are building up behind. I drive to the payment window the guy just stand there. He informs me that one of the displays has been disconnected for now. I ask “how I’m I supposed to know that” he responds “I don’t know” like the did not care. And it was like he did even want to take my order.
I told him my order, he put it in and I payed.
McDonald’s! Shape up. You completely stop caring about your customers?
I’m never going back to this McDonalds again. Unfortunately that won’t matter since most people don’t give a F about reviews for a place like McDonalds. They just go there anyway.
