Went to this McDonald's to get a coffee for all nighter at work I asked if they had fresh coffeesince it was late and they said yes so I payed pulled up together mty coffee and the lady at drive thru asked how I was in spanish I replied and she aske me if I can pull forward they were going to make fresh cafecito which I thought was so nice im sure there were not many customers coming in for coffee at 10 pm

I purchase a sausage and cheese biscuit with a side of bacon that each are supposed to be to be 1/2 a slice each.. they came so thin that it should be labeled as a 1/4 of what they advertised. After talking to the guy behind the counter he said that’s what it is. That is pathetic to be over charged for something that clearly doesn’t resemble the depicted picture of what’s on the menu as two half slices of bacon. The guy doesn’t even offer to get a proper portion. Bad service, bad food and the portions aren’t depicted correctly on their menu. The sausage and cheese biscuit is cold.

It's a McDonalds, same as all. It fit a need for a quick breakfast stop while getting on the road to a busy morning. Dine-in, quick service. Still not crazy about ordering off the TV menu. But, the manager did bring out order out to the tablebrought as ordered.

Just left 6mins ago. Drive they went by fast so no complaints there. My problem is that I pay for add ons and never get them. The first incident happened a month ago with my breakfast sandwich I wanted a round egg not folded. It was busy so I let it slide. So tonight I had two chicken sandwiches add cheese and extra pickles. I make it home and of course the ticket states the add ons but it’s not on my sandwich. It’s like I give free donations when I’m paying for extra add ons and I’m not even receiving them. I just won’t come here anymore even though it’s close to my home.

I had to call because I was given the wrong food. I spoke to the manager Veronica and she asked for my receipt number 1324 and I told her my food is wrong she said okay sorry just come back another day and I’ll get my meal replaced. I go back the next day and I told them what Veronica said and they didn’t believe me. For some reason something told me to keep the food that was given to me and the receipt. I showed them the food from yesterday and the receipt and the lady said oh. And the other lady at the 2nd window on 4/16/25 at 9:00AM gave me issues. Worst customer service. Veronica please train your staff better.

Emplorees were almost as good as fast food gets, but not on Chic-fila level. Coffee is horrible! What happened to McDonalds great coffee of yore? Breakfast sandwich was literally thrown together. Required total reconstruction.
