I don't know what's going on with this store; this isn't the first time this has happened. I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese bagel, and look what they gave me! They've made mistakes several times now. I understand that they might not have sausage at that moment, but they could at least let me know so I can order something else.

Staff is horrible. Walked in and staff was fighting with one customer.
Ordered and waited. Then another customer went up to them and was complaining their order was not complete. Seems like the order was not even taken correctly. Manager was yelling at the customer a lier.
Took more than 30 min for my combo to come out. And people who came in later and ordered were receiving their orders faster than me.

No one understands English here? My order was completely wrong and when I told them they acted like they had no idea what I them and looked like a dear in the headlights. And then argued with me about my order saying it was right because the ticket said whatever but that’s not what I said to the window person smh

I've giving up on this McDonald's. Last 3 times we have got food the fries never hot and not cooked long enough. Just always a bad experience here. It's convenient because it's close but I'll go elsewhere. Save your money and go somewhere else.

The food was McDonald's food. I mean, it is what it is. I would have given five stars because it was fine as far as that food goes, but it was swimming in mayo and I had to park and wait for it. Thus the four stars.
The employees were very nice. No qualms there.
The drive-through was nice enough. It is a little extra hot when they use the blacktop. That's not my fav.
Not my best MickyD's experience, but I'd try again. Maybe they were a bit slow because they were a little short-staffed that day. You never know. It was ok all told.

After the representative service, cashier had already decided to help me with my order. And allowed me to order breakfast cuz. I was in a long line waiting way before 1030. It just so happened to be 10 0 2. By the time I got a chance to order manager comes and says they won't take my order. No, customer service whatsoever. Trash.
They forgot a 6 piece nugget in one of the happy meals I ordered. I can’t get back up there today. I called to see about getting a replacement nugget tomorrow, but no one answered the phone.

McDonald's app special deal promised free McDouble with minimum purchase of $2 (my actual order was $5.94), the screenshot of the deal is on the picture, but McDonald's staff (4360 Legacy Dr, Frisco TX) refused to provide it. Very frustrating.

I ordered food for drive-through pickup, and when I arrived at the window, the waiter told me my order wasn’t ready and asked me to wait in a curbside pickup spot. Later, a waiter brought me two bags of food. Since my wife had placed the order, I wasn’t sure exactly what items we had, so I simply accepted the bags.
A short while later, another waiter came over and, in a rude manner, told me the packages were wrong and that I should have checked the order when I received it. I was shocked—giving the wrong order to a customer is not the customer’s fault, and in this situation, the staff should have apologized instead. Giving the wrong order is a fulfillment error, and the polite, professional response is to apologize and correct it, not blame the customer.
