We were served by the manager, Mr. Polo, and he was amazing. Our students needed extra time to order and pay, and he was incredibly patient and friendly. He made everyone feel valued. Truly one of the best McDonald’s managers I’ve ever met. Thank you, Mr. Polo!

Today marks the fourth time that this McDonald’s has not had the items available for an advertised special. We are dumb enough to keep trying, but this is the last time. Thankfully there’s another one or two opening up nearby, and they will get our McDonald’s business going forward. Horribly run location. For what it’s worth, here they are: whatever the last advertised thing was, they didn’t have what they needed. Prior to that it was an ice cream special. And prior to that it was the Travis Scott burger. Now 0 for 4 with the grinch meal.

Always takes very long to get food and then when you get the food the fries are cold and dry and the rest of the food is cold, I asked for an item and was told we don’t have that there’s a sign, after the rude interaction I drove around the building again to see said sign and guess what, no sign, this used to be one of the better ones around here, going down hill fast.

Fernando the manager should not be in management. Terrible customer service. I ordered mc delivery. The order arrived, without any food. They put the 3 drinks in the bag, but failed to put the filet comb, cheeseburger combo and grinch meal, and apple pies. $45 for this garbage. I tried to call the store, big shocker they disabled the phone. Cant call the location. I drove up and asked to talked to a so called manager named fernando. I explained what happened and asked that he remake the food. He started to blame the door dash driver, I told him the bag was sealed. It was his employees that failed to make it right. He told me he will not give drinks, but will make the food. I demanded a refund. He tried to not refund the drinks. This guy is terrible. This location is terrible. Zero stars. Fernando -1.

I only ordered a milkshake. I waited for almost 7 mins. Only one car in front of me and I heard that lady order and it was two burgers. When I was finally able to get to the pickup window, the employee just stared at me and handed me my shake.. never said a single word to me.
Ordered the breakfast with hotcakes Asked for extra syrup of course they said yes yes. I went home and checked what a surprise. Check your order before you leave.

Drive-thru person asked me three times what my code was for the mobile order. Also can you guys stop telling people to go to the 1st window when they've already paid in the mobile app? Don't need a receipt there's already a receipt there in the app. Thanks. It's just an extra step and makes the drive-thru process slower.

This location tends to mess up with the orders all the time. I got a golden chicken sandwich that has bacon in it but I did not see no bacon when I opened it at home today. It happens so many times. Next time, I need to open all items to make sure.
