Came with my girlfriend to get the double bbq bacon quarter pounder. Paid for it, yet was given a regular double qt pounder with cheese and ketchup. Don’t understand how people make fast food so hard. Didnit myself over 5 years (not that anyone cares) in my teens and man does this new generation suck at simple tasks. It was fresh so I will give it that. Just paid more and got less so annoyed. Pregnant girlfriend’s fries were also undercooked.

Can whoever is the manager at this location remind him that often when people order food they get a drink?

EDIT - Online Order Nothing was right - order no pickles and they added pickles - ordered extra patty and no extra patty —- Will be going to the one on Virginia
Check your bags - no sauce, no napkins - it’s not Rocket Science, and they even have a screen to see what needs to be in the order.

Went to drive through; ordered steak and cheese bagel and a coke with a sausage mcmuffin- no egg: We got a sausage bagel and a bacon mcmuffin and egg on both! Fantastic! Super frustrating - The sausage burrito is hard as a rock- inedible too- Didnt give me the coke- Had to go in and get it (In our pjs by the way- which is why we went to the drive through to begin with)
