I did moble order , I got excited when i see play grand. I took picture nice indoor play grand no one inside. Went bathroom, store manager Daniel talk on phone with lazy? Idk spell. They soo angry me " why u walk in take Picture play grand? " i said this is nice play grand i have 3 kids n mom friends i wanted share. She said this is against store policy 28 yrs .
Who knows ? No sign on door . She said " u just walk in take Picture 😡"very rude.
Inside not drive trw no busy at all but why food not ready then ? Thats i waiting for .
Only hash brown n sausage . wait 7min. Then Employee drop off i have to wait another 4min. For just 2 iteam and I got rudeness attitude.
No apologize at all. I really dont recommend this place at all

Ordered two cheese burgers with no onion. Apparently that means no patty as well for both of them. Found out once I got home, tried to call them to refund the order since it was a mobile order and can’t be done on the app. Call just rang till it disconnected.

my kids food order was completly wrong. there was no cheese on their burgers, and they ran out of apples. they also got their toy wrong. took 25 minuets to get 3 orders. 15 staff 3orders. figuer out your problem mcdonalds.

It is the worst service I have ever experienced the manager is rude and yelled at me every time and I live right across the street from it and I would rather drive the 4 mi to another McDonald's they should do something about it

Staff was very rude. Ordered a kids meal mainly for the Sonic Toy but they cheated with some flyer and calling that as a Toy.
When I went and asked, the staff was very rude saying that’s all they have.

I stopped here only for fries and ice cream but was pleasantly surprised with the quick and courteous service. Definitely above the average service I'm used to at other McDonald’s restaurants.

I did a mobile order at 8:45 and they lied and said they already closed the system because it’s New Year’s Eve. So I have to wait for my charge to be reversed and their hours say they close at 10pm. Needs to have the hours correct before charging people.
