I come here daily to get an iced coffee! I love how I can use the app & get any size coffee for $1.07 everyday! Patrick aka McDonald's AI is spectacular! It always makes my day when I pull up & hear his funny voices LOL! Love when ppl have fun & take life less seriously! Thank you Patrick for sharing your wonderful gifts with the world! Lady in kitchen not educated for work in McDonald’s look her hair it was scary for me and my family to order food from this location

Had the worst experience at this McDonald’s on 11/28/25 around 9:45 PM. There were several young Hispanic girls working the drive-thru, and as soon as we got our order, they ran away from the window without checking if we had everything or needed anything else. We sat there waiting, and when I lightly honked once, they looked right at us and still stayed away from the window.

After a few minutes, I honked again because we were still being ignored. When one of them finally came back, she looked annoyed. I politely told her my order was wrong, and she left, came back with something, and immediately rushed away again still not fixing the order.

We could clearly see them avoiding the window, ignoring both the horn and the knock, even though they were looking directly at us. There were no cars behind us, no line, and the restaurant wasn’t busy at all. I have no idea why we were being treated this way. We just wanted the correct food so we could leave.

Eventually, we had to get out of the car and go inside. When we walked in, they were all huddled up in the back talking trash about us, which was completely uncalled for and honestly shocking. I don’t know if they were having a bad day or what, but customer service should never be like this.

All I asked was to make sure my order was correct before they rushed away. This location seriously needs to improve their customer service.

The food was as expected and was good. I was able to order on the app and put in the table number and my food was brought to my table.
There's no one stationed at the front ordering area, so when I needed a water cup and later to ask for ketchup, it took about 3 minutes to have someone help.

It has a play place for kiddos which brought me here. The kids had a fun time.

If you're worried about germs, the women's bathroom has no paper towels, so the handle must be touched to exit.

We went tonight for a birthday party and the guy, believe his name was Ryan, was SOOOOO attentive! I had a baby in my arms all night and anytime he saw me needing something he immediately stepped in to help me out. I’ve never seen this from a fast food restaurant. So to Ryan, you are an absolute blessing and I truly appreciate the service you gave and the help! You didn’t have to do it but you did it with kindness and a smile and that did not go unnoticed! We need more fast food workers like you Ryan! All I have to say is McDonald’s I hope you give this gentleman a raise because the way he not only helped me but all the other families at the birthday party and did it with a big smile on his face just made the whole birthday party experience better! You are an absolute rockstar, and I hope you see this review and hopefully it makes you remember you are AWESOME!

Do not go to this place, this is the worst McDonald I have ever experienced, they do not speak or understand much English and they mess up your online order all the time, I just ordered and I gave the online order number 3 times to the windows and a Mexican lady said she does not know order numbers and just handed me a bag, I went home and it is only half of my order
. I ended up drove back and walked in to talk to manager, and after I explained what happened, the first thing he said was” hey, I talk to you, but respect, OK?!” (I did not cuss did not use any bad words, they can check camera tape) and then he tried to tell me they cannot find my order number, and then he tried to tell me he does not know, and finally after I explained and argued 5 times, he understood they missed half of the order, he just gave me my missing items and threw me a bag of cookies , and yes the manager is Mexican and he doesn’t speak much English either,
Throughout the whole 20 mins of fighting for my foods for my babies, more than two customers came up and tried to help me, they all tell the manager they should give me more compensation for the trouble they cost, but I ended up leaving with 1 bag of cookies, I did not care much, I just thank other customers for helping me and went home, I will never order from this place again

Very mixed on this McDs. Workers arent very friendly. And tonight our drive through worker was going on in weird voices. Wasn't the time or place in my opinion.
Food is always good.
We have been here multiple times - when super busy, the day crew screwed our order pretty badly. They seemed more bothered than ready to fix it. Crew didnt speak English at all during the day as well.
