Food is good but language barriers can make ordering impossible. This McDonald’s is best used via the app or DoorDash. Ordering via the drive through can be a significant challenge because they use order takers who do not speak serviceable English. I had to bail on a large family order today devise because I could not get the order taker to understand this order, despite repeating it multiple times:One Filet O FishOne 6 piece McNuggetsThree baskets of friesTo the owners: Please do yourself and your customers a favor and staff your order taker positions with people who can actually take orders.

Came here for a friend's son's birthday party. The playground was nice and clean.The party was supposed to start at 11am on a Sunday. We got here at 10:50am and the management was still trying to setup. The parents had called twice to confirm and it is now 11:24am and the manager is still scrambling to get the party setup. The staff is very nice, though.Food is typical McDonalds.Word of advice, you will need to confirm multiple times if you book a child's bday party. The party price was $119.99.

This is the third time I come here for an ice coffee I specifically said ONLY cream they have put a lots of sugar on my coffee so now I have to throw it away cause no one is picking up the phone when I call …is the same lady every time I’mNot sure if she doesn’t understand or what’s going on like is only cream and coffee ….

MARK YOUR DAYS… this McDonald’s is horrible. We ordered 2 spicy Mcchickens. We wait like 15 min for 2 nasty crispy ah mcchickens.. THEY WERE NOT SPICY. So we turn back. And we were said to be given another 2.. This BIG BACK MANAGER walks up to our window demanding for the other 2 which had 2 big bites in them… ( if you wanted some could’ve said that) and so he claims we are playing and walks off and THREATENS to call the cops . MARK YOUR DAYS bc trust that $5 an hour not serving y’all well .

Worst McDonald's I've been to in awhile terrible service. Forgot my nuggets and were just rude about everything
I’ve driven to this McDonalds multiple times and their ice cream machine is always “broken.” I’m not sure why they haven’t done anything to get it fixed. This has been an issue over the past two years and really upsets me when I drive all the way there just to go home.

I wanted to share my pleasant experience. I went for drive through and the staff member (lady) who took my order and payment was very nice as well as the guy who handed me my order. I also went home to find my Big Mac and fries to be picture perfect with all the components actually stacked up nicely and the french fries firm and crispy (not soggy and old)! I feel like I was in a McDonald’s commercial! Super happy and wanted to give the praise. Thank you!
