My husband and I were disappointed and confused by the high ratings. The food was ok, sides were not flavorful. I paid an extra dollar for a “tossed salad” because I don’t like macaroni salad and I got lettuce crumbles instead. Not worth it and a waste of money.
I can’t get enough of that Teri chicken.

I have dined in at this MoBettahs location as well as picked up many to-go meals and a large catering order and every single time the food has been so fresh and so flavorful! Their Teriyaki chicken cannot be beat! It’s the best out there, hands down. And to top it off, the service that they provide is representative of the Aloha Spirit of Hawaii. Their GM Maria is exceptional to say the least. She will always go out of her way to ensure that her customers are well taken care of! So glad that they opened up down the street from me so I can finally visit a place that not only tastes wonderful, but the service is outstanding.

My biggest issue is when you order ahead you end up having to wait longer than the people who are in line ordering. I’ve ordered here several times and every time they give me estimate time for arrival it’s never ready and they’re usually helping customers in line. Service is less to be desired.

Pretty authentic, good and tasty overall. Only downside was that my box of food came with more liquid than anything else. Maybe dining in is better?

Helpful staff. I had a regular dish with teriyaki chicken and Katsu chicken, and it was a substantial meal. Family also had teriyaki beef. Teriyaki dishes were fabulous and paired well with the sides. The Katsu chicken was good, but perhaps a bit overcooked. Great sauces, great value and very tasty.

This place use to be good now it's gone down hill. I waited 15 min for my food and then got home and order was complete wrong completely just omitted items. They didn't give enough sauce and there was NO teriyaki on my teriyaki chicken! I think I'm done going there

Approximately 30 min wait from time of drive thru to order . Took about 5 min just to place the order because they had me wait . Then when I got to the window the girl walked away and came to take the payment about 10 min later . She said they were making the chicken and would take 4 min . Then they told me to pull up while they got the food ready. 10 min later they bring out the food and instead of coming to the car to give the order they stop with in arm length and want me to get out to get it .
How can you make things better?
Speed up a response at drive thru.
Take payment and greet customer at window after order is placed .
Don’t walk away after you see the customer after ordering and have them wait approximately 10 min to take payment and tell them they have to wait another 4 min which turn into 10.
Bring the order to the customer after you have them pull up at drive thru .
Oh and they didn’t put any sauces in the bag which we had to get out the car and walk inside to get those .
I get it . It’s tough all over . But this is simple customer courtesy.
Went at 7:50pm. Wasn’t busy . Had 1 car in the front and none in the drive thru besides us .
