I came to MOD Pizza at Eldorado Frisco to enjoy a family meal with family. While having food we experienced a bad odor/smell. Initially we though it’s coming from the restroom. I asked the store associate and he said there is little leak in the sewer system and when weather is hot there is a smell but not in the cold days. It is very bad and unpleasant experience at the restaurant. It really doesn’t matter how good is the pizza when you are experiencing sewer smell coming. Very very disappointed. Store associate said they can’t do anything but i disagree. I won’t recommend anyone going to this location.

Very awkward a tense when we walked in. Had a bit of wait to get our pizzas made. The guy that made our pizza had a very strange attitude. Not welcoming at all. He complained about the day shift not doing their prep work. Our pizzas cooked for like a minute if that. Seems like they were rushing us out.

The food was very disappointing. It’s never like this at other locations.

The other pizza was fine but the cheese pizza we ordered was hard and brittle, a freaking rock and tasted like straight bread and no cheese.

Staff was chatting and ignored me when I came in, causing me to wait unnecessarily before ordering. They were surly and had poor attitudes, so I won't be back.

I ordered from doordash. The pizza was good, but not as good as it used to be. The roasted garlic has been hard and chunky the last two times I’ve ordered from here, as opposed to the way it used to melt in your mouth. Sadly, they didn’t put stickers on my food so I knew it wasn’t tampered with like they’re supposed to, so I don’t feel safe ordering from here again.

Edit: changed from 3 stars to 1 as I have been sick all night and morning from the pizza.

Came in today. No dough was ready. No veggies cut or prepped for what I wanted. The guy in the store was handling pizza to put in the oven with his bare hands RIGHT AFTER TOUCHING OTHER THINGS THROUGHOUT THE STORE AND COMING OUT OF WHAT APPEARS TO BE A STOCK ROOM. He also touched his face while handling a pizza that was to be cooked. Including mine. I try to avoid confrontation so I took it anyway and trashed it. But that’s very disappointing when you’re in the food industry. Train your employees on cross contamination and prep veggies. No way I should have to “settle” for less because there are none prepared.
