after waiting 15 minutes the pizza chef comes out and says “I’ve been calling for yall. Maybe listen better next Time” when nobody in my party of 4 heard anything. And after looking at the pizza we discovered hair all over and noticed none of the workers wear their hair back or hair nets.

Disappointed that I come to a place that is shutting down right at 9pm but the website and telephone prompt states 10pm. Why have hours like this if all you do is go against the hours.

Nothing was in the oven yet they waited to put my pizza in the oven for 10 minutes. I love MOD pizza but am disappointed with this location.
Pizza was very good, toppings were plentiful and the service was great.
Dietary restrictions: The gluten-free crust was excellent.

I came to MOD Pizza at Eldorado Frisco to enjoy a family meal with family. While having food we experienced a bad odor/smell. Initially we though it’s coming from the restroom. I asked the store associate and he said there is little leak in the sewer system and when weather is hot there is a smell but not in the cold days. It is very bad and unpleasant experience at the restaurant. It really doesn’t matter how good is the pizza when you are experiencing sewer smell coming. Very very disappointed. Store associate said they can’t do anything but i disagree. I won’t recommend anyone going to this location.

Very awkward a tense when we walked in. Had a bit of wait to get our pizzas made. The guy that made our pizza had a very strange attitude. Not welcoming at all. He complained about the day shift not doing their prep work. Our pizzas cooked for like a minute if that. Seems like they were rushing us out.
The food was very disappointing. It’s never like this at other locations.
