Although the room is nice and the main staff was polite and accommodating the on site Valet & Parking Garage company are the real thieves! If you are traveling with more than one vehicle and you self park do not let the Valet see you! Even though you receive a ticket each time you enter the parking garage they will double charge the card that is on file with the hotel room. I recently stayed at this location and chose to self park and paid the ticket machine each time I left. I never utilized the Valet service! My garage tickets totaled about $77 for my entire stay. Upon check out they charged an additional $155 to the card that was on the room reservation! When it was brought to the hotel staff’s attention they said that it was “out of their hands” and that the Parking Garage isn’t regulated by Hilton but by its own private company! However, the Valet associates are stationed inside of the hotel corridors! This was truly just a money grab due to the fact that if you don’t Valet park then they don’t make any money. If that’s the case then the hotel should only offer Valet services and not self park! Also, there is no written policy anywhere on the hotels website, nor anywhere around the parking garage, or main hotel lobby that implies these additional fees for multiple cars under one hotel room reservation! DO NOT STAY HERE!!

Josie, the front desk clerk was by far the most professional, kind, empathetic, hard working, people pleasing worker I have experienced in all my travels (which is often). She is the employee that the hotel chain should model after. I heard other customers give glowing reviews about the service they received from Josie in the elevator. Just think about how rare it is for people to be still raving about the amazing service they received... it is by far Josie! What a joy and asset she brings to the Canopy everyday! So impressed and grateful I was lucky enough to meet her!
While waiting at the Welcome Desk to ask a question, I witnessed a young lady named Emely expertly, and with exceptional grace, handle a call from someone wanting to change reservations made on a third party site. She maintained a pleasant but firm response to the problem. As her call ended I asked my question and then we chatted a bit. Emely was the high point of a delightful and comfortable stay. I sincerely hope the hotel recognizes and rewards this exceptional employee.
We chose this hotel for our soccer team as it was close to our showcase fields. As a team, we have stayed in many hotels throughout our season and this was one of the best experiences ever. The hotel staff has an eye for service and are quick to jump in and help wherever needed. They did a great job helping us set up for a team dinner and always greeted us with a smile. We received great recommendations for dining out and most of the restaurants were within walking distance. If you value good customer service, this is the place for you!
The Canopy Frisco was fantastic! Considering we were traveling with 17 soccer players ranging in age from 14-16, they knew it would be loud and crazy. They were great! They offered help with anything, even receiving a pizza order and placing it in the oven to keep it warm because our match ran late. Every employee there was polite, kind, and accommodating in every way! They even loaned us a cooler to keep on the sideline at the games.
Staff was warm and friendly. Jose and Omur were extremely attentive to details of customer requests. Definitely enjoy the bar, ask for Chuj, excellent bartender, makes a mean Old Fashion. Will definitely stay here again.
My 15 day stay here was comfortable and I would definitely stay again. Everyone was welcoming and friendly but Emely and Omar went above and beyond. I looked forward to seeing their smiling faces. They were extremely helpful with anything I needed during my stay. They truly made this feeling like my home away from home.
I cannot say enough good things about the Canopy staff. We were having a very trying time with a family loss and booked our stay for the wrong week. Not only was the problem quickly remedied, but we were comped valet parking. Omor at the front desk also showed great patience and empathy for our situation. Additionally, after hard days we were able to enjoy wonderful cocktails made by Hannah. Our stay was later extended and both Omor and Hannah checked to see how our days were progressing. I have never seen such kind attention from hotel staff and it was greatly valued at such a challenging time.
First, let’s just say that I am absolutely in love with Frisco. It’s so clean, the driving experience on the roads here compared to the city of Dallas makes a big difference. To start with with why I chose this hotel, I love that it was built during the pandemic so it’s still new. Looks new. Upon the arriving I noted that the grounds were well kept and clean— no trash anywhere. Check-in was smooth and I was nicely greeted with a smile by the young lady working yesterday evening. The lobby was really clean and I took note of all the modern finishes throughout. Definitely my taste. I initially checked in on the 6th floor but asked to be moved because I would have been looking at the top of the parking garage. Talk about boring! Lol. I’m a scenery person so I went back down and asked if I could be moved. The young lady at the desk accommodated me and I was moved to another king-sized room on the 4th floor. Beautiful! The hallways were all clean and quiet on the floors. A few cons: I had to ask for new bedsheets because I noted hair on the bottom sheet. I also noticed a couple of long strands of hair in the shower area. Housekeeping was gone so I had to change the sheets myself. Next, the doors. They are way too loud when they close! I had to go out several times so I often wondered if people checked in on my floor could hear the door closing. This is my reason for the 4/5 stars. Overall, I’d definitely stay again! Definitely worth the price. And, it’s next to so many things! You can pretty much walk to the restaurants and Ford Center.

Rooms were super clean. Everyone was very nice. Emely and Omar were super accommodating and very friendly. Will definitely come back and bring our crew. Great restaurants nearby within walking distance
Great experience at hotel. Friendly service and good amenities. The valet service especially was amazing due to the quick service and professionalism of the staff. Erick was very efficient and provided fast service during a busy hour.
I had an employee steal my ring. After I discovered that it was stolen and had help from the cleaning staff to get my ring returned, I let the front desk know. They rudely dismissed me. Lock up your items and triple check before you leave the room.
We planned a weekend get away. While looking for reservations, through booking.com. This hotel advertised …. No kids ! No more than 30 minutes, after checking in. We noticed young children. The walls were very thin, and the windows were not either, not properly installed and/or poor quality. Road noise was very noticeable. There was smoking going on all, which could be smelled throughout the hall and in our bedroom. We ended up applying a wet towel at the entry door’s threshold. The check-in was easy, However! We had to pay $24 plus a day for parking. Will not be staying here, again !
Amazing time while in Frisco, TX!!! The front desk staff was fantastic! The manager Ivy was very friendly and helpful! The food from the restaurant, Union 45, was delicious! The layout of the rooms is smart and functional (see pictures) The only issue, the "fridge" is a beverage fridge, not designed to hold food. So if you are staying longer than a day, you may want to consider food storage. Of course, they have a restaurant and market so convenient.
