Manager was not customer frei dly at all and would not take the time to listen to my scenarioI was charged for the pizza and ordered it onlineWhen it went to pick it up, they were already closed before there listed closing time. When I went to the store to ask for a replacement pizza, the manger refused and also refused to refund and told me they will look into it. Horrible customer service and not to mention unclean. Then he also I sulted me and said maybe I ordered from a different location, when this is the only one near my home. Not to mention they were able to see my previous order but told me that doesn't mean I orderes from them.

Can’t speak to the food, loved Mr. Jim’s a long time ago saw this was close to my house and wanted to try it out. Looked here on Google to be sure they had dine-in, shows they do, got there and there is maybe a bench or a chair for those waiting to pick up their order and the counter…. NO dine-in, now we wasted our time coming up there and have to find a dine in place.

Dont know who exactly Mr Jim is, BUT by FAR the best pizza ive had in a long time!!!! crust is so fresh and it's cooked to perfection, perfect amount of toppings, the cheese actually tastes like mozzarella cheese, and the bread buds are phenomenal!!!!! Hands down best pizza here. Great job Mr. Jim & staff. Yall make the greatest pizza!!!!!!!!! <3

Stood at the front for 10 minutes yelling "hello". Guys walks out of the back finally and grabs my order. Then a kid wakes up from his nap from behind the counter that was out of sight. Really? Get it together

Well, leaving a review on the Eldorado location didn't help. So I will leave one for this location. Regardless of people saying that this food is good; service, ownership and management still matter. And this location is more disrespectful and inconsiderate than the night manager at the Eldorado location. All I want to know is, with my experience and background, does Mr Jims really even care about the service and accountability of employees, or just the profit? Let this thread be proof. If you do not see anything other than a generic , "please email us, we really want to investigate this matter more " than know they do not care, so how should you trust them to care for your food? If you see an honest response you may see an honest owner.. Zio Al has way better pizza anyway.

Decent crust and toppings, but the sauce is the worst I’ve ever had. It has a very weird flavor profile. Like canned tomatoes with garlic not cooked completely down or something. Completely throws off the entire pizza. Not your typical tasting pizza sauce.

Mr. Jim's Pizza in McKinley did a wonderful job. Had a big party this weekend I ordered from them and they did a wonderful job delivering my pizzas on time. Their customer service is outstanding thank you Marcus and staff for a great job..

My $17 small pizza had 1 bite of cheese on the slices. Nearly no mushrooms and my boyfriend paid for jalapeños on his pizza and didn't get any. Both pizzas were skimpy on cheese and toppings, clearly you see the photo. I ate 2 tiny pieces (a bite each slice where there was cheese) and realized this was not ok at all. I needed to leave a review because this was over priced and poor quality.I feel bad but the last 2 times we ordered it just wasn't like it was previous times. 1 time can slide but 2 times in a row, yea we gotta find a new spot. $40 is a lot anyway for 2 smalls.

Took them over an hour to prep the food, before this they hadn't disappointed but yesterday was an absolute failure. They ran a skeleton crew on a day the Dallas Cowboys played a game which was the first mistake, then they finally delivered the food but, the salad was old brown lettuce sitting in its own juices. Second the delivery guy forgot the icing, third the pizza made my entire family get food poisoning. I will go back to papa John's from this point forward. This place is an absolute shame and needs new management team to try and turn that wreck around, kid had no solution on the telephone.
