We were stuck in the corner and forgotten about. Each time we asked for something, we waited at least 10 minutes. We had to go up to the bar to ask for things that we needed (like straws and water) because the service was slow. They said it was because they were all over the place and busy, but there were groups of waitresses just standing and talking. The vibes were good w the live music but it’s unfortunate that the food and service aren’t it.

Wow! Loved this place when they were in Frisco at the Revel! Since Mudbugs left The Revel the crawfish aren’t good at all. We would drive an hour just to get their crawfish! Now we have to drive to Little Elm, which is about 15 mins longer for us! Their crawfish have only gotten better! Just a great experience at their new place! The service was outstanding too! They have not gotten better since they went on their own!!!

Stopped in a couple of times in the past two weeks. Even got it to go on Valentine’s Day. Oysters-boy is amazing. Haven’t found something we don’t like, yet. And those Cajun French fries. I would have loved to try this place out but whoever answered the phone when I inquired about crawfish prices needs training. There should be no reason why you have an attitude. You don’t know who I could’ve been or who I could’ve brought. Really tbh that shouldn’t matter she should be nice and welcoming to all. Her ugly tone makes me feel like if I drive over there to eat they may spit in my food. As a black woman this was concerning. Do and be better.

Wow! What an incredible lunch I just had. I came here with a business contact and we had such a great experience. Not only was the food hot, fresh, and quick, but man was it good. He loved his shrimp & grits and the Catfish Atchafalaya was even better than I thought it was going to be. Heck, I wish I lived closer, I would come here more often! The catfish was moist and succulent and the etouffee really brought out all the different flavors of the dish. I was also really impressed with the hush puppies which had a very distinct and fresh flavor.
This place wasn't on my radar until today and now I don't think I'll be able to stop talking about it. I'll be looking for more excuses to go, and you should, too!

When we went to the new location the first time a few wks ago it was a Friday night and it was not busy AT ALL and we hoped that they would be successful. We went back Friday 1/9 and it was CRAZY BUSY and we had to wait for table, wait for service, wait for food….so good for them (and guess we brought that upon ourselves, lol). They made up for it with a free to-go dessert (cool, cause it was my husband’s bday and they didn’t know that) and we didn’t even complain, so that’s awesome to know that they care about their customers.
