Nice place for some good mediteranean bowl. We had a bogo offer for bowl. Had falafel bowl which came with salad , rice, falafel, baba ganoush , some good dips and spongy pita. Portion size was good , tasted amazing and fresh . Had naf naf fries which was shaped differently. Overall a great place to try from

I love the food here but the people working really don’t pay attention or give a care about making the order correctly. It’s been twice now I’ve been charged for falafel and didn’t receive it in the bag. I’ll check moving forward because I cannot trust the employees here to do the simple task of getting my order correct. I love this food but the service makes it hard to come back.

I had nothing but a great experience!! I’m a white guy with no hint of anything else in my blood. So when I got there I was a weee bit worried; but Ashir helped me out with the menu and what his favorite thing was. He was very courteous and passionate to help me out. Thank you Ashir. There was the representative Harris who also helped me out helped guide me to the restroom when I got lost, and what special drink to get!! This place was really good but the yellow rice was a weeee bit too spicy for a country boy like me. Thank you for the help naf naf family; truly put the customer first!

ONLY ONE STAR BECAUSE I CANT GIVE LESS!! The manager with the earrings is so RUDE. The customer service is horrible they dont want to answer any questions, and when I was leaving I saw two young men in the back smoking. The food smelled like it was old and had been sitting out for a while and the portions are small. The old staff was better trained and had way better customer service. Zero out of 10 for the management going on it’s clear they don’t care. Will NOT be coming back.

I was soooo happy on my first and few visits till new employees started comin in with either not knowing what they’re saying or not knowing the portion size between a bowl and plate. They can’t even do something with the mistake or misunderstanding right there and there. I think the menu list for protein isn’t clear too.

During my visit, the staff was completely unable to operate the cash register. Despite my multiple attempts to pay, they struggled to process the transaction. In an effort to move things along, I even offered to let them keep the change and just provide the food, but they still refused. After standing around for 15 minutes with no resolution, I had no choice but to leave empty-handed.
This experience suggests either a serious lack of training or employees who simply do not care. It’s unacceptable for a business to lose paying customers over something as fundamental as processing a transaction. I hope the owner takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue.

Staff is not very nice; was a fist time customer….young African American woman gave me attitude when I tried to get suggestions. The amount of food they give you is so portion based it’s not worth it for $15.00….not to mention they upcharge you for everything and their topping selections are so limited. Even the manager with mustache and earring was rude himself. Not very customer service friendly at all. Can’t wait till CAVA opens up a location closer. They will put this place out of business.

Came here for the first time today, and I was happy with the experience! The food was filling and fresh, and the service was excellent. I picked up some pita bread to go because it was so good.
Ahmed is excellent. It was our first time visiting Naf naf and to be honest we were not sure what to order. Ahmed explained the food in detail and allowed us to try food samples before we ordered. The entire shift was very helpful and made our experience awesome. Most fast food places hire the wrong people that behave very disrespectful , lazy , ghetto and focus more on their phone then customers and this causes businesses to lose customers. Like bojangles in the same shopping center. Naf naf team members demonstrated a respectful, joyful and welcoming culture within the store. If you haven’t tried it , you’re missing out. Looking forward to eating there again.
