This is a very average Embassy Suites with large enough rooms are fairly comfortable accommodations. Though the rooms need an update everything was clean enough. I attended a conference that the venue seemed to handle well.

We attended the conference and were treated like VIP guests with the complimentary breakfast, shuttle service, and even the friendliness of the cleaning staff. Such a good stay in Frisco. Highly recommend.

The hotel and staff were Fantastic! Everything about the hotel is first class and top notch! Clean, spacious, well located, great food and drink and an excellent staff. The GM Nigel and Josh the FOM were great. They are great communicators, made me feel welcome and run a wonderful property.. They are true assets to the Hilton team. Stephanie is sales and France at the front desk were great as well. This is my "go-to" hotel when I'm in the area on business or for pleasure!

This is absolutely one of, if not the best hotels I've had the pleasure of staying at. The staff is super friendly and very accommodating. They make sure you feel welcomed and do their best to resolve any issues. The suites are set-up perfectly and cleaned well. Now, on to that smorgasbord of a breakfast. I literally get excited just thinking about it; there is something for everyone to enjoy. This hotel is smack dabb in the heart of Frisco, with plenty of restaurants and activities. There's no doubt that when in the area, I will definitely be revisiting.

We had a wonderful stay at Embassy Suites in Frisco. Great rooms, great location and clean rooms. We were there for a sports tournament and couldnt have been better. The breakfast was amazing, the front deak was kind and took care of all our requests.

My wife and I visited here for a potential sales conference for my business. On the exterior the property was fairly nice. The convention space was very nice. They can handle a large group and were very flexible. The downside is the hotel needs a renovation. The restaurant is shut down. They only have one tiny bar area. The room we were in had multiple issues. The hotel is 20 years old and it is just time for a facelift.

We stayed at this hotel for a banquet so there were a lot of us here. Everyone seemed to have the same experiences. Pros: Clean hotel with nice staff. Cons: The beds are hard and very uncomfortable. Many people ended up sleeping on the sofas. There was a constant, weird sound (almost like running water) in the walls and that made it very difficult to sleep. We were a large group and they ran out of beer 3 times in one weekend. The restaurants are closed but they served food at the bar area. I felt sorry for the ONE bartender since she had to take food orders also. The food was decent so we didn’t have to leave the building for lunch.

Something is a little off. When I checked in online they wanted to up charge me up to $118 for some rooms and I’m Diamond. Next thing I noticed is charging you to park in the garage or to surface park which is also new. The up charge for some rooms kinda hit me the wrong way. The rooms are all basically the same except for the corner rooms having a balcony

Stayed at this hotel on New Year’s Eve. Checked out and left on New Years Day. We forgot some clothing in a drawer. We called the hotel around noon and were told that housekeeping would be notified. After calling yesterday and today we were told that housekeeping had to be called by radio from the front desk. Kita called today and told us that housekeeping does not have our items. I have never had this happen at any hotel and especially not a Hilton and I have stayed in a lot of Hiltons.
So underwhelming. You'd do better eating a hotdog out of your fridge. Sauerkraut is not good at all. Fries are soggy. Not impressed.

We came in as a group for a soccer tournament. Awesome hotel & location. We were able to watch the fireworks from the baseball field our room. Friendly staff, great room, complimentary happy hour. Ricardo was an asset as he was so friendly and helped w/ luggage and any recommendations. Would def stay at this hotel again!
