The girls working today could really benefit from some additional training. The incompetence to do their job is shocking. I would focus on time management, as customers should not have to wait over 20 minutes for a smoothie, but more importantly listening. I ordered 2 bowls and got 2 smoothies.

Nekter is extremely inconsistent and has been on multiple occasions; watery chia seed pudding for half the order, while the other half is fine and as you can see from the pictures the drinks are beyond inconsistent! Both drinks are the same drink (Greenie) with the exception of the size! They’re also inconsistent with portions; same size item, different portions. Service is extremely slow and this wouldn’t be so bad if the quality of the food was up to par.

Love this location! I always place online orders, and the girls and the one guy I’ve seen are always so nice. My orders are always perfect! The staff is friendly, and I really appreciate their authentic attitudes.

I’ve worked in a lot of customer service fields so I’m not just saying this because I don’t know. This place reeks of stuck up attitude and you’d think that be the only high price you pay but no. The smoothie was horrible. Just seems like they use high caliber ingredients to stake up prices. Just go to smoothie king.
The breakfast chia parfait I got had a weird aftertaste and I felt sick in my stomach later. The other time they took so long to make it that the juice I got with it, got separated waiting , don't feel like going back.

Nekter is my favorite spot! I’ve been coming for the past 2 years and they’ve never let me down! If you’re new I would definitely suggest the Pb&J smoothie.
