Nordstrom Ebar Artisan Coffee

Great spot hidden away at the back of Nordstrom's 2nd floor. Always a quiet respite and food is very good. Lots of salad options plus pizzas, sandwiches, fresh pasta and seafood. Service is perfect level of attentive and unobtrusive.

My wife really enjoys dining at Brazille, whether it is lunch or dinner. When I asked her where she wanted to go for her birthday, Brazille was her 1st choice. Excellent food and a quiet atmosphere are the keys to our pleasant experience.

The greens and vegetables on the salmon salad nicoise were past their prime crab mac & cheese was more of a soup consistency. the halibut fish and chips was doughy, not light and crisp. Maybe just an off night but overall not as good as previous visits.

The food is amazing here (excellent) but unfortunately, the service is consistently poor. There's one guy here who seems to have the Nordstrom touch — too bad it's not across the board

We have been to this restaurant many times. This was the first time that I experienced that the soup of the day not available as I was told over the phone it was when I ask what it was. They were out of bread for the French Dip sandwich so it couldn't be made unless I choose a hamburger bun....not the same at all that way...they also had taken the olive dip that is served with bread which was a really great appetizer! So disappointed in the choices that we were given. I could've gone elsewhere if I had known. I made reservations for us and read the menu ahead online as a refresher and was ready. THE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT AND COULD NOT HAVE HAD A BETTET SERVER. THANK YOU MAX, YOU DID WELL!!

So the service - the waiter was excellent as always - but the hostess - not greeted with a smile and I was a few minutes early like 11:58 and my reservation was at 12 and they opened at 12. I was just standing there waiting for my husband to return from the bathroom actually. She says we don't open til 12 - like i didn't ask her anything, but it came across ugly. Then a person behind me ask her for a togo water and she goes and gets it for them. Just not what I am used to- usually customer service is above and beyond. This is usually my go to spot for a girls luncheon.

Very disappointing experience with the service. Went over for lunch and waited a long time for our order and desert even though we ordered deserts ahead of time. The Creme Brule was the worse we have ever had, do not bother to order it.

The coffee and service here are always perfection, I skip other coffee chains and come here if I’m anywhere near Nordstrom. A treat my husband and I always look forward to, can’t find a latte this good anywhere else and the barista’s are always friendly and helpful. 5 stars!

I've been here three times in last year. Two of the times they legit were out of more than half the menu items on the menu. One time there was not a waitress and the hostess was our waitress and she had zero idea what she was doing even though she did try her best. Yesterday our server was nice but had another huge table and it legit took my friend and I two hours and 15 minutes just to eat lunch. They are clearly understaffed and don't buy enough food product. If they don't want to run a restaurant just close it and if you have a reservation for 4 people on a Tuesday night and don't have hardly any food and not a server either, maybe call the person who made a reservation and give them. The option of coming a different time.

Service was horrible. Greeter was rude and we were basically ignored by our waitress. It took 20 minutes to get our tea and even longer to get our food. So disappointed because we love the food. She never offered to refill our drinks until we asked for our check. The service was so bad that it ruined our meal. The vibe was also ruined by the rock techno music blaring so loud that you could hardly carry on a conversation. No holiday vibe at all. More like a nightclub than an upscale department store. Nordstrom's you can do better

Introduced this restaurant to a friend of mine and she loved it. We're big salad people and the Salmon Nicoise salad is so fresh and perfect every time. Highly recommend this place.

Bazille is our go to hidden secret. Don't tell anyone. Everything on the menu and the service are next level amazing. Very imaginative recipe creations. We go often for any occasion.

I really thought this through, and I believe it's very much justified to write this review. My wife and I were looking forward to a great day of shopping at Nordstrom and the rest of the mall. Little did I know that I'd have such and awful experience at their ebar that day. We go in at approximately 12:30 P.m. on 9/3/23 to place our order and a greet the "barista" and I honestly got the most uncomfortable reception I've gotten in a really long time. But for my wife it was very different which left me with one and only conclusion as to why I was treated in such a way for absolutely no reason, not once but twice.Being that we go to a high end store to support them quite often, you'd expect to not be treated this way. I'm sure that Nordstrom is unaware of such behavior, but I am very happy to discuss this matter further privately.

I think Bazille might be overlooked because it's located inside Nordstrom, but it never fails to deliver. They have a standard menu that ranges from salads and flatbreads to sandwiches and entrees like seared salmon. They also usually have a special seasonal menu that changes regularly. A great wine list and full bar are available too. Their complimentary bread and tapenade are phenomenal. This is not “mall food”.

I love the caramel ice storm here. Cannot find the same one anywhere
