They weren't that busy but we had to wave down our server a couple times for service after being patient and waiting and waiting (eg, over 15 mins to just place our order after she delivered our drinks)

I've never had a bad meal there. Our server was friendly, polite, and efficient. This is a hidden gem.

They are the greatest here!!! I'll be honest I'm not a fan of going to the mall just to get coffee without doing any shopping but this place makes it so worth it to drop by and get one of the plenty seasonal drinks that they have. I got the Merry Mint Mocha yesterday and the barista remembered me (since I'm a regular) and he even gave me a cup of extra cold foam <33 I really love Nordstrom coffee

Restaurant was pretty empty and there was only one server. Food was great and we didn't have to wait too long to be served.

Exceptional espresso — easily one of the best I’ve had in a long time. My double espresso was so friggin’ good I immediately ordered another one and grabbed two packs of their beans to take home. It was piping hot, smooth, and had subtle vanilla-mocca notes. Hard to find a coffee that isn’t sour like battery acid or bitter enough to peel paint these days — this place nailed it. The service was great too.

My friend and I enjoyed a delicious lunch at Bazille. Our server, Sarah, was attentive and friendly. I've dined at this restaurant many times. I have not been disappointed in the service nor with the menu.

Food was wonderful and experience was great. Our server was great but it did seem like the ratio of servers to tables was a little low. Will be back regardless!

We had a reservation at 1. When we got there (on time) we were informed that the staff was running behind and the manager said that no one else was allowed to be seated until 2:00 pm. That's terrible service, especially on Mother's Day! Not only that, but when we finally were seated, the manager never once came around to apologize to all the people who had waited to be seated. Lots of people were upset, and i thought it was incredibly unprofessional that he made the young female hostess break this news to all these people who had to wait more than an hour past their reservation time! You'd think he'd have come around to apologize or offer a free dessert as compensation or something, but nope! He hid in the corner making the wait staff handle all the chaos and disappointed customers. He should seriously be fired. There was no excuse for how this was handled today and it was 100% on him. Our server, who was very kind and accommodating did profusely apologize and felt terrible. I commented that the manager was totally incompetent and does not know what he was doing, and she agreed with me!

The food was very good. The service was not great. Plates were never picked up, water was never refilled or replaced with fresh water. I like ice in my water, no ice was served. When I asked for a glass of ice it took a very long time to get it and the restaurant was not busy. Nice restaurant just not great service. I noted that it was a friends Birthday, but not once was it acknowledged. Very disappointing.

I was there at lunch with four friends. Only one of us had been here before. The food and service was fantastic and I plan to go back!

Great spot hidden away at the back of Nordstrom's 2nd floor. Always a quiet respite and food is very good. Lots of salad options plus pizzas, sandwiches, fresh pasta and seafood. Service is perfect level of attentive and unobtrusive.

My wife really enjoys dining at Brazille, whether it is lunch or dinner. When I asked her where she wanted to go for her birthday, Brazille was her 1st choice. Excellent food and a quiet atmosphere are the keys to our pleasant experience.
