The coffee and service here are always perfection, I skip other coffee chains and come here if I’m anywhere near Nordstrom. A treat my husband and I always look forward to, can’t find a latte this good anywhere else and the barista’s are always friendly and helpful. 5 stars!

I've been here three times in last year. Two of the times they legit were out of more than half the menu items on the menu. One time there was not a waitress and the hostess was our waitress and she had zero idea what she was doing even though she did try her best. Yesterday our server was nice but had another huge table and it legit took my friend and I two hours and 15 minutes just to eat lunch. They are clearly understaffed and don't buy enough food product. If they don't want to run a restaurant just close it and if you have a reservation for 4 people on a Tuesday night and don't have hardly any food and not a server either, maybe call the person who made a reservation and give them. The option of coming a different time.
Service was horrible. Greeter was rude and we were basically ignored by our waitress. It took 20 minutes to get our tea and even longer to get our food. So disappointed because we love the food. She never offered to refill our drinks until we asked for our check. The service was so bad that it ruined our meal. The vibe was also ruined by the rock techno music blaring so loud that you could hardly carry on a conversation. No holiday vibe at all. More like a nightclub than an upscale department store. Nordstrom's you can do better

Introduced this restaurant to a friend of mine and she loved it. We're big salad people and the Salmon Nicoise salad is so fresh and perfect every time. Highly recommend this place.

Bazille is our go to hidden secret. Don't tell anyone. Everything on the menu and the service are next level amazing. Very imaginative recipe creations. We go often for any occasion.

I really thought this through, and I believe it's very much justified to write this review. My wife and I were looking forward to a great day of shopping at Nordstrom and the rest of the mall. Little did I know that I'd have such and awful experience at their ebar that day. We go in at approximately 12:30 P.m. on 9/3/23 to place our order and a greet the "barista" and I honestly got the most uncomfortable reception I've gotten in a really long time. But for my wife it was very different which left me with one and only conclusion as to why I was treated in such a way for absolutely no reason, not once but twice.Being that we go to a high end store to support them quite often, you'd expect to not be treated this way. I'm sure that Nordstrom is unaware of such behavior, but I am very happy to discuss this matter further privately.

I think Bazille might be overlooked because it's located inside Nordstrom, but it never fails to deliver. They have a standard menu that ranges from salads and flatbreads to sandwiches and entrees like seared salmon. They also usually have a special seasonal menu that changes regularly. A great wine list and full bar are available too. Their complimentary bread and tapenade are phenomenal. This is not “mall food”.

Do not buy a bottle of water here. It's $4, which of course is already a ripoff. It's also, clearly, tap water. Ask for a cup of water. It'll taste, the same, be colder and not be a corporate assault on your wallet.

Coffee and tea are hear really good. You will get some good seating inside and out side too in common area of mall. Whenever in this mall and we plan for a coffee we get it from this place only.
We were seated immediately but then no one ever came to our table after that. 15 minutes went by and finally we got someone who brought us waters. When we finally ordered, our appetizer never came after a long time and then our meals were out. Then we never saw anyone for another long while till finally the check came. NEVER have I had service like that here before. Yes, it was a Saturday; it wasn't packed or near capacity at all.

Always a great place to grab lunch and a cocktail. Today was no exception, ordered the crab & mango salad, avocado could have been better but good. My son ordered a custom tortellini and it was amazing! Our server Meghan was fabulous as always ?

Our waiter was fabulous , however we had a dad and his 2 children behind us. The children were loud and kept kicking the booth. It kind of ruined the experience and hard to talk. I also was charged 4.25 per each glass of ice tea I drank . I was surprised they don't do free refills. The food was delicious.
