Very good food. The hand peeled mashed potatoes are to die for. Very highly recommended for casual dining for comfort food. The cornbread muffins are a perfect match for any meal you choose.

Zaria was so amazing! There was two other young men working as well. They were both so attentive!! The whole atmosphere was so friendly. I’ve been here a few times and I’ve always loved it. I’m not sure they season or flavor the food at all. The mozzarella sticks were clearly frozen at some point, and the “marinara sauce” tasted like plain crushed tomatoes with no salt or seasoning. The patty melt completely fell apart and was soggy.
Service was okay — the waitress was nice and prompt. But as far as the food goes, I’ve honestly had better meals at Braum’s.
Someone send in Gordon Ramsay in before its to late.

Hello guys, I was just there at Norma's in Frisco to order (2) Veggie Plates due to my wife having bouts with her blood pressure. Well, we found the Chicken Enchillada Soup and Turnip Greens to be highly salted within the broth. Maybe it was just a one-off..but please monitor the level of salt being used as to the future. We certainly would appreciate your attention to this matter

You can still eat healthy at a Southern style cafe! The grilled chicken breast & broccoli were excellent. The serving size lasted me 2 days. Vincent was very attentive to my dietary needs & super friendly!

Horrible older man serving was rude and insulting. What the heck? This restaurant used to have the best service.
Service is good, but the food is sadly not. Their coffee has a horribly strange taste to it, their pancakes are dense and heavy and have so much vanilla it almost tastes like frosting. The veggie omelette was good, but that was it. Even the hashbrowns tasted dry and bland. So disappointing because the place is visually charming and staff is nice :(

We love going to Norma’s—it’s the one place my husband has to go at least once a week. The food is always hot and delicious, the service is fast, and the ladies are so sweet. We especially adore Mel—she’s such a sweetheart and makes us feel like we’ve known her forever. ❤️
