The experience was just okay; the atmosphere feels a bit outdated, and the food is fairly average.

Overall 3/5 stars. The food was amazing and their desserts were very good as well. The service was alright, our server was nice but didn’t come by very often and it was difficult to get his attention sometimes. The overall atmosphere of the restaurant was fine, but the bathrooms were disgusting. If they could fix the bathrooms then I would give a higher review.

I took some friends here for a comfort food lunch. And most ways it did not disappoint, however the country fried steak was a disappointment. The meat Patty was extremely thin and small, surrounded by an ocean of breading that effectively doubled the apparent size of the serving of meat. I do not feel it was good value for the money, and this will absolutely affect my decision to return to Norma's or not in the future.

What a disappointment. Used to love this place, been year or so since last visit. Instant eggs, very little seasoning, everything bland. Will find a new breakfast spot.

I had a great breakfast this morning, and what made it better was Mirdawna, who was my server. She was great. They were kind of busy and a little behind, but she kept checking on me and made sure I was OK. My food came out hot, and it was good. Thank Mirdawna!! ?

Very neat little country style restaurant with phenomenal food and great service. I will definitely be back. The southern cuisine is great, and I highly recommend you try the pie. A nice environment that fits its theme but also shows a little bit of the Frisco history as well as the history of this restaurant that’s been around for a while. Highly recommend trying this restaurant.

Individual who I am assuming the manager was openly berating and criticizing staff who wasn’t here about personal matters such as medications they were on, their age and impact on the job….how this man has a job is beyond me. Had to sit at the bar and listen to him talking over everyone.
