Stopped by Nothing Bundt Cakes on Lebanon Rd in Frisco today and received really outstanding service! The entire staff was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience enjoyable. The manager on duty was especially helpful and went out of their way to assist. And the cakes? Absolutely amazing—moist, flavorful, and just perfect. This location is a gem, and I’ll definitely be back soon. Highly recommend!
I was just in the Frisco location and an unfriendly rep by the name of Kai (they/them) was AWEFUL, the worst service ever! They started out with an attitude after she saw my Jesus shirt. I attempted to entering my phone number on the kiosk, and they RUDELY yelled that they have to put it in the register. Next, I tried to show my promo code and they continued to scream that they have to put my phone number in. I let her know that they were rude and I will NOT be back! And they looked as if that was okay! This is unacceptable & unprofessional for anyone working with the public. Worst experience ever. God bless them.

The cake was decent—moist with a pleasant vanilla flavor, but nothing extraordinary. The cream cheese frosting was sweet but a bit heavy. While it made for a nice gift, it didn’t wow me. Good for casual occasions, but not a must-try. 6/10—just okay. Would I buy it myself? Probably not.

The young woman at the front desk was very helpful with a gender reveal cake. She took a lot of extra precaution to make sure I didn’t see the information just in case. Very friendly, in and out in 10 minutes. Would recommend having a baby and going there for gender reveal😉

We wanted to order a special cake for our kid's 16th birthday. I ordered online a white chocolate raspberry bundt cake, and to say it was delicious would be an understatement. Everyone loved it. The cake was just perfect. There is plenty of parking on site. Staff seemed to be in a rush even though we were just the one at pick up.
