We had a great experience at this Olive Garden. The food was good and the service really set it apart. Our server, Lauren, was helpful on menus choices, very attentive (she must had refilled our salad twice proactively). Thanks for the great dinner for the family.

This place continuously messes things up, to the point of finding hair in my food but love to ask for a tip. Blows my mind.

As a kid, I was a fan of Olive Garden and my kids requested to go tonight. Upon arrival, as a party of four, we were told to sit in the bar area. It is a Tuesday night. When I expressed that we needed a table, the male host, looking as clueless and incapable of assessing the situation, finally seated us. As we walked through the dining area, I saw at least 5-6 open tables for seating. He seats us in the most busy area towards the back. We sat for 10 minutes without a single greeting or offer for water. We saw a waitress (young blonde) walk through our very condensed dining section, and she never said anything to us. It didnât look like a waitstaff would be acknowledging us anytime soon so we got up and left.
On our way out, we saw the host and he looked surprised. He asked why we were leaving and when I told him, he looked surprised. There in lies the problem. He shouldnât have been surprised given the circumstances. Instead, it shows the lack of standards and training the staff at this restaurant exhibits. Itâs sad to see.
We drove 4 minutes away to Verona, another Italian restaurant. We were seated upon arrival immediately and we were served water within the first 5 minutes of being seated. Take notes, Olive Garden of Frisco.
Amazing service and classic OG deliciousness

Shrimp scampi, more like shrimp scammyâ Not Worth $21
I ordered the shrimp scampi for $21, and honestly, I regret it. The portion was filled with tiny shrimp that tasted like they came straight from a frozen bag, and there was barely enough sauce to coat the pasta. For the price, I expected fresh, plump shrimp and a flavorful, restaurant-quality sauce. Instead, it felt like something I could whip up at home with store-bought scampi sauce and a box of angel hair pastaâfor a fraction of the cost.
Save your money and make it yourself. Not worth the price or the calories.
Great service and food!

My daughter insisted we should have Olive Garden today and it was the worse than McDonaldâs fast food. The chicken Alfredo had little to no sauce and no flavor at all it was terrible. Couldnât even enough to finish.

Food was extremely fresh and delicious. Our server Kali was so sweet and attentive, her energy was amazing and made the whole experience so great. This location just became my favorite out of all of DFW.

A great dining evening for a party of 8! The hosts were welcoming and attentive to my 98 year old mother. Our server, Amanda, was so wonderful and was running around, doing everything to please us, and make sure we had everything we needed. We truly felt like family! Thank you!

I called this location in Frisco, TX to place a corporate catering order and was told by Devonn, she was too busy to take my order. She took my name and number and said she or her boss would call me later. I decided to call a different Olive Garden, located at 700 Central Expressway in Plano. That location treated me as a customer whose business was worth having. They were busy but not too busy to take my order. I'm glad I took my business to a different Olive Garden. I will not place any future orders with the Frisco location. By the way, Devonn did call me back a couple of hours later. I told her I placed my order with another Olive Garden who wasn't too busy for my business.
