Excellent customer service. The staff there were so friendly and courteous. They let you try different flavors so that you can choose your favorite flavor for the gelato. Definitely recommend.

The gelatos are perfect. Every single flavour that we have tasted till now is great.

What a great little gem! Wife and I were out shopping and wanted coffee. A quick search brought us here, and we couldn't resist the gelato. He made her peppermint mocha with the mint chocolate chip gelato, and my mocha with the double chocolate gelato.

Oh yes, it definitely broke all diet rules, but we needed to live a little.

Delicious! If we didn't live so far away (other side of DFW), we would visit often!

I meant to take a picture, but the gelato disappeared before I had the chance. Every flavor I’ve tried has been rich, creamy, and absolutely addictive. I plan to update this review with photos—if I can ever resist long enough to snap one. Until then, just know: Paciugo is that good. You’ve been warned. Today, i tried lemon and mango passion fruit.

Got a Medium cup of Gelato here and tried the Rose flavor scoop, with Berry White as well. Both were an excellent flavor profile and complemented each other well. Sweet and refreshing. Also tried the Bubblegum flavor and Turtle Pecan and both weren’t my style. There is a wide variety of milk-based and water-based flavors, which I loved. It was empty when I came in on a Tuesday at 6 PM, but I do recommend this place. Cute and sweet, and just right for a Gelato craving!

Delicious gelato. There are few places to order an Affogato in the area so it’s nice to stop in to get an espresso and have flavor and size options.

I thought they would have more variety of ice creams, I tried a pistachio one that I didn't like at all, I threw it in the trash and only ate the chocolate one!!

I thought I was going to have some good ice cream but I was disappointed. I had regular chocolate because they were out of the dark chocolate. I do enjoy a good chocolate ice cream but his didn't taste like chocolate at all. Too sweet with no hint of chocolate whatsoever. Had to throw away the cup after 2 bites.

Edit: Changes review from 1 star to 4 for the follow-up and refund after the initial experience.

Best gelato in Frisco!!! Honestly, the ingredients taste fresh and the gelato is perfect texture and coldness like no icy chucks just creamy goodness. Their outside patio tables and chairs are great to enjoy your delicious gelato. The single scoop is perfect size but for $1 more enjoy 2 scoops of any 1-2 flavors of choice. How could you not get 2 flavors…pure YUM. Their hours are great too.

Great service! There are lots of flavors to pick from, and the place is very clean. There's plenty of seating available, and the staff is super friendly. Highly recommend!
