Folks -if you can’t afford to put a reasonable amount of ‘ black cherries’ in a gelato you’re calling ‘ black cherry’ and charging almost 8 dollars for 2 small scoops, might be time to move on. I asked the girl if she could add a few cherries to my ‘black cherry gelato’ - and she said “ there are about 4 cherries in there” if she wasn’t serious that might of been funny, instead very pathetic🤯 She said ‘ because they’re expensive, we’ll so was my 2 small scoops of Black Cherry Gelato’ with no Cherries? Straaange operation??????!!!!!!

A little over 5.00 for a mini size. I'm not all that sure if it's worth the price or not. The flavor of the dulce de leche was a little too sweet for my taste. They do allow you to taste as many as you like, but I was in a rush. Totally my fault.
The taste is creamy though. I'll give em that. I did notice half of the ice cream was in the sunlight, so it looked like it was somewhat melting. I do think the placement of the establishment was not decided upon that.
Overall I think the price could be fixed, but I know that won't happen in an indoor mall. There's plenty of flavors though. So taste away!

Hi There. Greetings. We ate at the Paciugo located in the Stonebriar Mall, Texas. They have incredible variety. The associates served us with a beaming smile. The service was quite efficient.
We ate the Dulce De Leche and Sea Salt Caramel flavors. They were incredibly yummy. Can’t wait to come again.

I recently visited Paciugo in Frisco, expecting authentic Italian gelato made with fresh, natural ingredients. However, I was disappointed with the artificial taste of the flavors I tried. The pistachio gelato, in particular, had an unnatural “pistachio flavorizer” taste, lacking the genuine nuttiness I anticipated.
This experience left me questioning the quality and authenticity of their offerings. unfortunately I can’t really recommend this place

Gelato was perfct . i ordered the smothee too. but it was some issue. they don’t gave enough napkin for gelato! Like today the gelato was not really frozen and alittle even melt , employees just gave me one napkin !
Great gelato, great service every time. Unfortunately I need to spread awareness about the highly concerning black mold in the restroom. Being a restaurant this needs to be taken care of immediately. We did not dine in, and rather were skeptical of eating the gelato after seeing the restroom.

I visited Stonebriar Mall and received two scoops of ice cream from your staff. When I asked to change the flavors, they were not friendly and refused to do it, instead wanting to charge me another $6. This made me feel embarrassed in front of my family. I hadn't even touched the ice cream; I just wanted a different flavor. The staff was unprofessional, and I am very disappointed. I won't be returning to Paciago ice cream place and will advise my friends to avoid buying ice cream there as well.
