I recently visited Paciugo in Frisco, expecting authentic Italian gelato made with fresh, natural ingredients. However, I was disappointed with the artificial taste of the flavors I tried. The pistachio gelato, in particular, had an unnatural “pistachio flavorizer” taste, lacking the genuine nuttiness I anticipated.
This experience left me questioning the quality and authenticity of their offerings. unfortunately I can’t really recommend this place

Gelato was perfct . i ordered the smothee too. but it was some issue. they don’t gave enough napkin for gelato! Like today the gelato was not really frozen and alittle even melt , employees just gave me one napkin !

Great gelato, great service every time. Unfortunately I need to spread awareness about the highly concerning black mold in the restroom. Being a restaurant this needs to be taken care of immediately. We did not dine in, and rather were skeptical of eating the gelato after seeing the restroom.

I visited Stonebriar Mall and received two scoops of ice cream from your staff. When I asked to change the flavors, they were not friendly and refused to do it, instead wanting to charge me another $6. This made me feel embarrassed in front of my family. I hadn't even touched the ice cream; I just wanted a different flavor. The staff was unprofessional, and I am very disappointed. I won't be returning to Paciago ice cream place and will advise my friends to avoid buying ice cream there as well.

The customer service was horrible. Young lady was so rude to me. She literally argued with me because I asked if I could return or exchange the ice cream because it didn't taste good at all. She said you can trash it but still will pay for it. After that she went on arguing with me. So unprofessional and the ice cream was not good at all. At least not the two flavors I picked.

If this place closes, I wouldn't miss it. Two small cups of ice cream for $12.50. I would be happy to pay that price if they were giving a decent size of ice ream. You can see how they have been told to barely fill up the cup with ice cream and never push it down to fit more. I asked why the bottom of my cup is empty and they rejected my complain. Would never shop here again. Too expensive and stingy.
