Ordered Togo and once I opened the box, I noticed it wasn’t accurate to what I asked for. No big deal, I proceeded to take a few bites and it was much spicier than id ever had. We’ve ordered the exact same order many times from the little elm location with zero issues.
I called back to address the issue and the guy didn’t care and even tried to make me look stupid by explaining what “blackened” means on an order…
I told him I was not satisfied with my order and he didn’t even care to try and make it right.
Later that evening I was throwing the food up.
Stay farrrrr away from this spot. Little elm location is much better

We ordered Chicken Alfredo and Chicken Pamesan. The 2 pastas was cooked to perfection—al dente, with just the right bite. The sauces was rich and flavorful, clinging beautifully to each noodle without feeling heavy. The balance of seasoning was spot on, with hints of garlic and herbs that made every forkful enjoyable.

The pizza was equally impressive. The crust had that perfect balance—crispy on the outside yet soft and chewy in the middle. The toppings were fresh, layered generously, and the cheese melted into a gooey, golden blanket that tied it all together. Every slice was satisfying without being overwhelming. We ordered the meat lovers.

Together, the pasta and pizza created a hearty, comforting meal that hit all the right notes—simple, flavorful, and deeply satisfying.

Do not use the slice app. I ordered correctly. I called in after I made it home and discovered the pizza was incorrect. I called in to fix the problem and the manager didn’t bother to make the new pizza until I arrived at the store. Pathetic service.

Had the lunch special with a colleague, and the salad and pizza were both great!! Friendly staff, too! Will definitely eat here again.
