I have never giving a 1 star rating. I called this store for ten minutes, each time someone picked up the phone and hung up. I called to report that I ordered through the app and my delivery never came. I spoke to Felicia, she claimed to be one of the managers there. I was interrupted and spoke with such disrespect. She was not helpful. Her response to me not receiving my order after a hour from the expected time : “We already did our part and someone picked up your order”. She did not assist any further, no apology, no customer service whatsoever. I am very disappointed in the lack of service I received. Customer service means empathy, respect, and kindness to customers that “choose” your business.

Patrons had to wipe off their table with napkins. All the tables were dirty. The higher tables with stools were clean. All the trash cans were full. They were emptying trash as we left. Staff was friendly. They seemed to be short staffed

Omg the staff in here are so nice and accommodating. Very great friendly service! And the restaurant is clean. Food looks fresh. The only thing I don’t like is that they give a very small portion of the premium items. You pay more to get less.
