I was so thrilled I prefer to go drive-up lane and when I reached speaker, a minute or so later, my food was brought out to me in line! I actually was able to exit out the back to the right & not wait in the line. WOW! BTW, it’s YUMMY, but not a 5 star restaurant.

I spent almost $40 for a small sandwich, salad and soup. The salad that comes with the soup was left out. The steak sandwich was little chunks of tough, overcooked meat. Not even close to steak. The salad was obviously not fresh. Old, wilted, discolored greens. Very small for 16.00. The soup was all broth. A couple noodles, no chicken. I called the manager who said if I came in he would give me the salad I didn't get.. said the meat comes in precooked and they had no control over it. All around terrible, overpriced, small portions.

My daughter recently tripped over an uneven section of the sidewalk, causing her to fall, scrape her knee, and spill her drink. Could you please address this issue and level the sidewalk to ensure the safety of others who may encounter the same hazard?

Absolutely horrendous experience. Over 30 minutes to get the food we never got because I got tired of waiting and also the unfriendly people working in the kitchen that don’t know how to deal with customers gave the poor excuse, “we are understaffed “ after trying to figure how to leave, the manager came and said that the orders are not coming through. What a terrible rest. First and last time.

Great food if you like moldy avocados in your sandwich. This location is one of the dirtier locations I’ve seen as you can fully see the kitchen when you go through the drive-through. I would recommend utilizing the newer Panera off Preston if you want a better cuisine experience.

It's mind boggling how this location can consistently manage to mess-up an order. We purposely avoided this location for months, bad service and average food. Tonight, we wanted salads and didn't want to think too much, so we decided to give our local Panera, Frisco Main St, another try. Simple order of two Greek salads with chicken through Rapid Pick-Up...and of course, somehow, they forgot to include the Greek salad dressing, for both salads. So, by the time we come home, no dressing and our Greek salads quickly became Italian, since that's all we had at the house. Don't waste your time with this location...they simply don't care...and the food is nothing special!

My store is Main and DNT. The team is great. Team Lead, Michael makes my day when I go through the drive through. He's professional, proactive and knowledgeable. We're spoiled at this location. I love the broccoli cheese soup. Get it twice a week..

This was my first visit to Panera. I ordered the full-size Caesar salad with a baguette on the side. I got chips instead of the baguette. That mistake is my only complaint. My salad was large. The lettuce was crisp and fresh. The chicken ? was tasty. I had skipped lunch, so I ate the entire salad. If I had been less hungry, I would have had to take part of my salad home. When I ordered my salad, I modified it quite a bit. My salad was made correctly and was very good.
