I walked over to the food line, and it looked like there was a supervisor and I asked if anyone e was working the line, and he said he would be there in a couple of minutes. I walked out. Food service at this location has tanked. My daughter and I have eaten at this place for months since moving back. Brownies that were brought to the on the same plate were "STALE" with glued on powdered sugar. They clearly had been taken out of the refrigerator and heated up. How old were they?

What I ordered was not what I got. Diced up pieces of chicken on a sandwich that is supposed to have sliced chicken breast on it. Photo #1 - what I ordered. Photo #2 - what I got.
The lady who took my call apologized and said she would refund the sandwich. She then called back and said the manager told her she cannot refund the sandwich because I "got the product." I got a mess on 2 slices of bread. The tomatoes are not fresh, the avocado is partially brown. The sandwich is not edible. Not what was advertised.
Buyer beware, they do not care about customers at this location.
If you charge $13 for a sandwich, it should closely resemble what is advertised.

Avoid Panera Bread in Frisco if you need a quiet place to work!
I signed up for their monthly coffee subscription, expecting a decent workspace. But the music here is insanely loud—it’s impossible to focus, take calls, or get any real work done.
This is supposed to be a café where people can enjoy a coffee and be productive, but instead, it feels like a nightclub. If you’re looking for a place to work remotely, stay far away from this Panera Bread!

My fiancé encountered an issue obtaining our sip cups due to what appeared to be sex discrimination. While it was no problem for a woman to get them, men might need to order inside.
Super slow, unfriendly window. And didn't even managed to include a spoon with $15 soup. Will not return.

Very very poor service. The way they talk to the customers is not good. The girl at the counter with backward cap has no manners talking to the customers. I paid for my order but after waiting for 15 mins they told me my card declined. When I asked them to give the receipt that says it’s declined they told me”Panera bread systems are slow and they do not have option give receipt”. I blame Panera bread franchise owner for recruiting poor staff and ruining Panera bread good will.

You could walk in this location and take all the baked goods out of the window and walk out and nobody would notice. No customer service, no atmosphere… nothing. I’ve been here 2x now and it’s just a Kiosk and occasionally someone will walk out of the kitchen. This place doesn’t feel like a Panera Bread… it feels like a failing coffee shop. The food is just average too
