I am beyond disappointed with the service at the Preston Road location in Frisco.
The service was an absolute joke. I placed a simple order for a sandwich, and waited 30 minutes before finally having to ask about my food. Only then was I informed that they had run out of bread—the key ingredient for a sandwich—and they neglected to tell me or any other waiting customers.
I ended up having to request a full refund because the wait was ridiculous and the staff showed zero consideration for my time.
This location is trash. It takes way too long for a simple food item, and the lack of communication from the employees is appalling. I do not recommend this Panera Bread location to anyone.
Aiden was the manager on shift.

Served me a muffin that was raw inside. Let’s see if I get salmonella and report their restaurant to the health inspector.

Everything has changed so much; the staff doesn't pay attention to the orders, and they deliver incomplete orders. On top of that, they were staring at us the whole time, approaching our table as if they were trying to rush us out of the place. We felt pressured and uncomfortable because of this situation.

Wonderfully delightful customer service. My cup of chicken noodle soup from the drive through was mostly broth. It's usually much more substantial. We decided to go in and eat and add some rotisserie chicken to the cup as leftovers tomorrow. I would have been disappointed if my kid noticed after we got home and unloaded the groceries. Overall excellent experience, but that might be something to guarantee doesn't happen in the future.

I went here on a Sunday for breakfast at about 8:30 AM about a week or two ago and no one was at the counter, but there was a snooty teenage girl with a bad attitude sitting at a table and scrolling on her phone. I went and got her attention since she was the closest employee. She was rude and hostile when she took my order, so I asked to talk to the manager and she went and gossiped and complained to her because apparently, her supervisor put her on break right in the middle of breakfast, and her manager yelled and screamed at me like it was my fault that she didn't know how to run or manage a restaurant.

The drive-through service at this Panera Bread was very disappointing. It took almost 20 minutes just to reach the window, and when it was finally my turn, the cashier looked at me but decided to take another call instead of handing me my order. That added another 2 minutes of waiting, even though I had already paid and my order was sitting right in front of her. I eventually had to get
her attention as a reminder that I was still waiting. This kind of service is frustrating and not what I expect from Panera.
