I must say, my recent experience with this pizza place left much to be desired. I was taken aback by the lack of attention to customer service and hygiene standards. It seemed like the young staff members weren't too concerned about washing hands prior to making my pizza, or wearing any gloves and getting the toppings right in terms of portions.If I ever decide to order from this establishment again, or any other pizza place for that matter, I'll definitely be keeping a closer eye on the entire process from start to finish. It's important to ensure that our food is prepared with care and attention to detail.

Ordered the heart shaped pizza and paid extra for the garlic sauce. This normally comes free with the pizza but apparently it today. Regardless, I picked up the pizza and got home; no sauce!This pie is mediocre without the sauce and it’s the only reason we buy it. I called for a resolution and the gentleman’s suggestion was “I’ll put a credit on your account for next time, but just for the sauce!”Not a credit for the order, not I’ll refund the order because the pizzas not that great without it, no a $0.69 credit on your account and you can keep your order.I’ve got $32 worth of heart shaped pizza and no sauce. Never again!

The calzone bites were almost entirely uncooked green peppers. There was no garlic sauce on the epic garlic sauce stuffed crust and the zesty Italian trio came with hardly any banana peppers. Apparently a large now only comes with one garlic sauce and one pepperocini. I’m afraid to try the Oreo bites. Also be warned that the app tries to direct you to select the garlic parm sauce instead of the regular garlic butter. This was a total waste of money and it was not ready for a full ten minutes after the notification said it was.

Terrible experience. When I called the boy who claims he was a manager would not refund me for a Terribly made pizza that was delivered. He told me he would put a “credit on my account” and just call and they will know to make me one free. No proof will be needed and no refund will be granted! He also told me he wouldn’t tell me his name because “his name wasn’t important “. That’s the pizza they sent me attached and it was wet and balled up in the middle. I nicely asked for a refund and was told I could wait for an hour and half for a new one or take an alleged credit on my account but those are my only options. This pizza was not able to be eaten. This isn’t the first time I had a bad experience at this location.

After an hour and a half, I called and said I haven't received my pizza. The man who answered said he would void my order. I asked for another pizza, but was told they use Door Dash and it would probablyhappen again. Not one care in the world. Lazy, lazy, lazy. EXTERIMALLY TERRIBLE SERVICE. How do you respond like that in customer service? I'll update, if I don't receive my refund.
Ordered pizza and wings on Friday afternoon. By that night I had symptoms of full on food poisoning. I'm still recovering as of Sunday. I would avoid this location at all costs.

Terrible service. The tall fat guy that was there today at 4:30pm, hat on backward telling people "Tough luck", needs to be retrained on customer service. I mean, if you find a bug in the box, I don't want to hear "tough luck".

i have never had an interaction with a restaurant worker that was as rude as this place. completely unprofessional. i called to inquire about an order that was to be delivered at a future time. when i told the employee that the order was wrong and that i needed to cancel it, he hung up on me. unbelievable. will never use Papa Johns again. really need to improve their training....

After a 2 hour delivery which was 5 minutes away from my place a few months ago, I decided to try again. My mistake. This one was 1.5 hours. I tried to get in touch with them after an hour to see if I could just go pick up my pizza. No luck. They don't answer the phone.

First off I have a problem with people making my food and not using gloves or even having a hairnet was absolutely disgusting. Hands looked like it. Haven't even been wash, making the pizza with their bare hands talking over the pizza. I'll never come back here again!!
