Ordered pizzas to be delivered at 5pm for kids going trick or treating. Called at 5:15 and was told the were very backed up. Changed to pickup and told it would be ready for pickup in 15-20 minutes. Arrived at store around 5:25 told another 15-20 minutes till it’s ready and got yelled at by the guy cooking it because they over committed on orders. Now have kids going trick or treating with no dinner. Awesome. Order from somewhere else - can’t rely on a place that over commits - plenty of pizza places around. Adding on the outcome… so they literally lied to me and many others there continually stating our orders were in the oven… finally 45 minutes after my order was supposed to be delivered I learn they had not even started making it… I cancelled and drove down the road to the chick flla to salvage dinner for the kids. That will be my last interaction with Papa John’s.

Placed an order the day ahead for a party. Even called the morning of the party to ensure they had my order and the delivery instructions. They confirmed all. At the delivery time, I get a random text from someone asking me for my address. Turns out it was a Door Dash person. Poor service from Pappa John's. Did not give him the address or the delivery instructions. Poor service from the manager (Nicole) when I called. She just blamed the Door Dash person and said he didn't speak good english. Would not recommend or order from here again.

Ordered from Uber eats for a delivery. 2 hours later still haven’t received. Ordered again directly and picked up. Nichole was SOOOOO very apologetic, accommodating and genuinely concerned. She made sure my order was hot, fresh and perfectly prepared. Thank you for your hard work and dedication to doing a great job. Only because of you will we continue to order from this location!

I ordered the Alfredo thin crust pizza from the Papa John’s at Kings Street,Frisco, but it was nothing like what I expected. First off, it wasn’t even a thin crust—it came with a thick, doughy base that had no real crust and was hard to chew. The dough tasted stale, and the veggies on top were half-cooked, making the whole thing feel rushed and underdone.
What made it worse was the staff—mostly teenagers who seemed more interested in goofing around than actually making quality food. There was no attention to detail or concern for the customer experience.
I’ve always loved Alfredo pizza and have had great experiences with Papa John’s at other locations, but this one really missed the mark. Sadly, I won’t be coming back to this branch.

Be careful when ordering pizza for delivery. They farm it out to DoorDash for delivery and now your pizza will stop at multiple stops before being delivered to you. Delivery time was 32 minutes that then turned into 55 minutes! Beware

Quite possibly the worst franchise location in the country…. I feel like all the low pride/integrity/I’s-Keeps-It-Real employees from the whataburger nearby got jobs at this spot instead.
The pizza has generally been good and they deliver quickly. HOWEVER, they have left our delivery order at our front door TWICE without knocking or ringing the doorbell!! C’mon, how hard is it to let people know their food has arrived!!!

This location is really disappointing lately. Pizza always arrives lukewarm. Today they really made us reconsider coming back because they dropped red pizza sauce all over our front porch and wall, barely apologized and just walked off. We even paid extra for that sauce. No more good tips for these drivers, they’re not worth it. When you try and call to talk to someone, it just sends you through a bunch of automated messages. Won’t be coming back here.

Cashier doesn’t even acknowledge you when you arrive.
Paid for sauce cups less than half full.
Half the paid for toppings than ANY other place.
And the worst thing: the redhead with long hair and no hair net is the one tossing the dough. Can’t wait to floss my teeth with it in a few minutes when I get to eating.
Based on all of the other recent reviews, the owner CLEARLY doesn’t care.

I have ordered a chicken pizza, but they gave me bacon.. & when i informed them, they were not ready to accept the mistake, in-fact Manager was not ready to listen and understand the situation..

I decided to try this location again. I am still shaking my head. Received a text saying pizza was ready. Walked in, an employee said I’ll be with you shortly. Someone else walks in they wait on them. Then they would give them their pizza as soon as it was ready. In the mean time, I was still waiting for service. I received my pizza cold! Sorry incredibly sorry service. Same on Papa Johns two thumbs down only because I only have two thumbs!!! Avoid this location!!!!
