Paparoti’s buns are so delicious, so soft and crunchy at the same time. I asked for less sweet for the salted caramel pappucino, and the barista made it so good. We’ll definitely come back for more :)

The lattes can compete with any high quality cafe and the strong flavor and sweetness of the karak chai pairs perfectly with the subtle buttery sweetness of the signature bun. Don’t let the plain appearance fool you, the signature bun has a really unique and complex flavor that deserves the spotlight!
Staff is always friendly & helpful. It’s a fairly small space so seating is limited, but so far it usually isn’t too crowded. They’re open late so it’s the perfect after dinner treat & hangout spot!

I had such an amazing experience at PapaRoti thanks to Mahi! The buns were absolutely delicious – soft, fresh, and perfectly made. I also tried the strawberry Dubai chocolate, and it was incredible – rich in flavor but not overly sweet or heavy, which made it really enjoyable. I’ve already come here twice in just one week, and I can definitely see myself coming back again. Great desserts, great vibes, and fantastic service from Mahi. Highly recommend!

Perfect place to come if you having a sweet tooth 😋. There cheese & honey bun was so perfect 👌 also got there mango smoothie which was also amazing an there signature espresso 😋. My girlfriend got there Mona Lisa buns also amazing. We will be coming soon again. Highly recommend. Also to the two gentlemen attending us today. Thank you for the great service 🙏.
Decent tea (Karak Chai). I’m indian and I like it spiced with ginger more than cardamon .. just had tea. Will come later sometime for the buns.. portion looks big. Some may really like this tea though.. just not for me.

If you have a sweet tooth, this is your happy place! From the moment I walked in, the smell of freshly baked buns was heavenly. The staff was warm and welcoming, and they patiently walked me through all the mouthwatering options. Highly recommended swinging by if you’re in the area, you won’t regret it!

Their coffees are especially delicious and fairly priced, their pappuccinos are pretty good as well and if course, their buns are delicious. My favorite is the cheese and honey one!
