I just wanted the chicken patties and that's what I came here for. I came, I saw, I conquered. There was only one single employee working the entire shop when I came on Thursday afternoon, and she was really sweet. She even offered to give me a sample of the Karak tea, when I asked her how much milk it had. She sensed my indecision. Upon trying it, it was definitely a bit heavy for those who have sensitive stomachs or SIBO (small intestinal bacterial overgrowth), only because it naturally contains milk and I'm lactose-intolerant and GI-challenged. But, it is truly the authentic karak tea and I felt like I was back at the airport in Karachi, Pakistan. Great karak tea (does have sugar).
I also got two chicken patties; the employee attested to its freshness when I asked. It was definitely pricy for what I got! The patties themselves were quite good. Did not try the dessert buns, but other reviewers can clearly comment on their high accolades!

I’m someone who love Italian Desert or anything European sweet, anyhow this one was something new for me and my husband introduced this place to me the brand known for “Bun” and we order plain taste was not bad it was fresh also we got tea it was ok too. Everything was fresh and clean! There is some indoor seating service were excellent. Kids friendly highly recommend not sure if it is my kind desert but I can definitely see south Asian can love this place! Must go to place

Visited the spot for takeout on their 1st anniversary. Signature buns (pic attached) are their best. Also had Pistachio (pic attached) as well as Forrero Rocher special creation with ice cream. Their Karak Chai is always to the point for Desi chai lovers.
Also grabbed their chicken patties ( pic attached - they were good) and Samosa (just like normal ones available elsewhere).
Vegetarian options: All their buns are vegetarian.

I had an excellent coffee experience! The coffee was rich and perfectly brewed, and the bun with ice cream was a delightful treat—soft, sweet, and a perfect complement to the coffee. Highly recommend both!

We visited for the first time and loved their signature bun.It tastes so good.
Finally, a dessert spot that's not too sweet! We tried their Ferrero Rocher buns and their signature bun - crispy outside and soft, buttery inside.
Their chai was perfectly balanced, not too sweet, just right. The staff were friendly, informative, and added to the warm atmosphere. We'll be back!

Ended up here by chance since my car had to get work done and I walked over here! Tried the honey cream cheese bun, affogato, and a salted caramel latte! The bun was amazing and like no bun I've had before! The affogato (single shot of espresso) was the most well balanced affogato I've ever had, was amazing! Also the salted caramel latte was amazing and not too sweet :)! The person who helped me at the front also provided great service and seemed like he really wanted to make sure I liked my coffee (I did!).

Sorry to give a review like this but this place is terrible and the staff are so dishonest. Went on a weekday in July. Ordered two paparotis and 3 chicken patties. After waiting for 20 minutes the server came and told us, she only had two chicken patties. We said that’s fine, asked her to just refund me for one. The server said she cannot since her owner is not here yet but once he comes, she’ll ask him to refund our card. The food came out after almost 40 Minutes. The taste of the food was average. I regret to say they still have not refunded the money. It’s not about the money, it’s about how dishonest they are towards their customer. I’ll never return to this store and have asked all our friends to be careful as well.
