My husband like his food but me being Asian I got the bun thit nuong and it tasted funny.. idk if the meat stink or it was mix with something else that shouldn’t have been in there… there wasn’t anyone who spoke Vietnamese around so I can explain how I wanted things.. I wish I could love this place just cause there isn’t any good Asian spots around but maybe I’ll try something different. Also, overpriced for the drinks appetizer and entrees.. if you are going to charge that price your food better be A1!

Terrible place. Placed a pick up order, got to the restaurant and they hadn’t received or started it. But took my order on the phone. I had to wait inside the store for a pick up order for one hour. They were not even that busy inside. The broth is not authentic, it has no beef flavor, and no saltines or that rich flavor you get from a true Vietnamese place. There was not that much meat in my bowl, and noodle, servings are small. Not a good place. Favorite place is in Allen, will not be coming back here.

This place is way over priced. S7 small pho and Vietnamese egg rolls total was $19 plus tax then a $4 tip. Been going here for years. This place used to packed but today I was the only one there. This will my last.

Was our go to since 2018. We haven’t been in awhile and tonight the broth was super oily. Shared a big bowl with my daughter (went up $4) and put some of my noodles and broth in a separate bowl for her. After a little while, the broth started to seperate in her bowl and there was white/yellow on the bottom of her spoon and inside of bowl. We wanted to eat something a little healthier tonight but we might as well have had fast food . Will unfortunately have to find a new pho place closer to us :/

So this is our go to pho place we always order the s10 and a bahn mi to do a vietnamese french dip. This last time was a bit off thw noodles were over cooked or improperly cooked and soggy. I pointed it out and it did not stop me from enjoying my meal. They were gracious as allways.
Good is always excellent. Fresh, good portions for price. Staff nice. Usually order to go, tables are just meh but doesn’t matter, food is so good!

The first time when I didn't leave any tips, because the food was very bad, but the service was even worse: it is the first time when the menu just was thrown on the table in front of us without even saying hello, or any else, I am not sure why I didn't leave immediately after that.

We've been coming here almost every Friday for 3 years now, and love this place! It used to be our favorite pho spot, but the last three times we've been, have been subpar (3 stars cos it used to be good). The last time, my husband got so sick immediately after eating the food and vomited right outside the establishment near our car. It was followed by an ER visit and he vomited nonstop for a month. The GI doctor said some cases of food poisoning are so bad. I mean, people die from this stuff.
We told them about the food poisoning just so they could investigate. We started by saying, we love their restaurant and don't want anything, we wanted them to know, so it doesn't happen to other person. And the manager blew us off, denying that there couldn't have been any issues.
As a food manager, it's not okay to handle food poisoning reports the way they did. So, we've ditched these guys and are no longer coming here. We just wanted others to know.
