So this is our go to pho place we always order the s10 and a bahn mi to do a vietnamese french dip. This last time was a bit off thw noodles were over cooked or improperly cooked and soggy. I pointed it out and it did not stop me from enjoying my meal. They were gracious as allways.

I’m viet so I know good viet food and this is it! Very friendly and it’s clean inside. I also came in near closing and they were still welcoming which reflects their great customer service. 10/10 every single time.

Had dinner with my kids on a Saturday night. Food is amazing and the portions are of good size for the price. Loved the curry chicken noodles and soup noodles. Will definitely go back!!

The first time when I didn't leave any tips, because the food was very bad, but the service was even worse: it is the first time when the menu just was thrown on the table in front of us without even saying hello, or any else, I am not sure why I didn't leave immediately after that.

We've been coming here almost every Friday for 3 years now, and love this place! It used to be our favorite pho spot, but the last three times we've been, have been subpar (3 stars cos it used to be good). The last time, my husband got so sick immediately after eating the food and vomited right outside the establishment near our car. It was followed by an ER visit and he vomited nonstop for a month. The GI doctor said some cases of food poisoning are so bad. I mean, people die from this stuff.
We told them about the food poisoning just so they could investigate. We started by saying, we love their restaurant and don't want anything, we wanted them to know, so it doesn't happen to other person. And the manager blew us off, denying that there couldn't have been any issues.
As a food manager, it's not okay to handle food poisoning reports the way they did. So, we've ditched these guys and are no longer coming here. We just wanted others to know.
Special Combination Brisket cuts were not sliced properly and so tough to keep chewing the long slices of cut with the grain tough brisket. Had three small tripe pieces and two tendon… too many noodles no protein. I am very familiar with phó… not sure how 4 stars is possible today.
Banh Mí pork had more sweet carrots and cucumber with hoisin sauce or something, pork had tough tendon and cartilage, didn’t taste like “carnitas” as it should be.
Not sure I’ll be back. The place on 423 and little elm is way better.

They have worst service ever. I am very disappointed. 🤮🤮🤮
Service was very good but the pho wasn’t. It was just salty and no other flavor.

Never have I ever had such disgusting, fatty round. Close to 50% of the meat is inedible. Just horrible. The shrimp spring rolls had MAYBE two pieces of tiny shrimp. Waste of money. I’ve included a picture of a small portion of the fatty mess.

Came here for a quick dinner. Ordered the Combination Pho with Flank, Brisket, and Meatballs. Got the Pho but the Meatballs and Brisket were missing. Tried to get the attention of the server behind the counter, but she was too busy on her phone. So, I walked to the counter and let her know of the missing items. I went back to my seat and watched her walk in the kitchen thinking I was going to receive the missing meats. Nothing. Never responded. I finished my meal. Even when paying, the server didn't mention the missing items or offer an apology. I noticed they charged me for the Combo. Tired, I just paid the bill. Left no tip. Will not be back. It's a shame, because the food is pretty decent, however the service is lousy.

Service was subpar, I went for the food and was disappointed, Shrimp spring rolls were okay, but the Vermicelli was really bad lettuce was brown and some pieces were the root of the lettuce, which left a bitter taste, also the veggies were not cut up enough, big pieces. Peanut sauce for the rolls was watery and flavorless.

The fried rice tastes very bland, as if they forgot to add soy sauce. The curry flat noodles lack curry flavor. I believe they changed the cooks. I won’t come back here."

Watch out—they charge tips on the tax too. If you choose a 20% tip on the screen, it calculates the tip based on the total amount, including sales tax. You end up paying 20% more on the sales tax as well.
