Went in for a quick meal for two and we were pleasantly surprised. We ordered the diavalo pasta with calamari and the avocado chop salad. Quick service and very tasty food. Would definitely recommend.

I chose Piada for a group lunch meeting with my coworkers and was excited to try it for the first time. I carefully wrote down everyone’s order to ensure accuracy and walked in feeling prepared. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the line food preparer—a woman with black glasses and a ponytail. However, instead of a warm welcome, I was met with immediate attitude. She abruptly asked, “What do you want?” in a tone that made me feel like I was inconveniencing her. I let her know it was my first time visiting and that I had six orders. To make things easier, I even offered her my written list. She took it with an unpleasant look and quickly began complaining, raising her voice and saying, “Ugh, you didn’t even put what meat you want!” I apologized and told her that chicken would be fine for all of them. From that point on, she continued making my food with clear frustration, acting as if I was a burden rather than a paying customer. She kept questioning and scolding me about what should be in each dish, making the entire experience uncomfortable. What stood out even more was that she didn’t treat the customers behind me the same way. The only positive part of my visit was the cashier he was incredibly kind and professional. Unfortunately, that didn’t make up for how unwelcome I felt. To make matters worse, the food was disappointing. My Alfredo sauce was bland and watery, and the chicken lacked any flavor. Overall, between the poor service and underwhelming food, my experience at Piada was truly disappointing. I left feeling disrespected and let down. I had high hopes, but unfortunately, I wont be returning.

Was at the location and noticed these new hot pockets advertised on their app and on their menu, appear thick and hearty and stuffed with ingredients.... But the actual pockets look more like a thin pop tart in comparison....
This is an excellent restaurant with very delicious and tasty food. Mr. Segundo is one of the best and finest chefs in Frisco, TX. Definitely 5 stars in everything. Top class
