I placed an order then went outside while it cooked. When I came back in, the lady acted like she had never seen me before and said, "Can I help you?" (Even though she had just placed my order less than 3 minutes prior). I asked for my pizzas, and the lady frowned up at me before turning around to retrieve the order. I paid for the kids meal and she tried to give me a water cup. It was really embarrassing to have to demand the cup that I paid for. She also tried to charge me extra for the dessert that came with the kids meal. The dough on the stuffed crust pizza was VERY old. Now I see why the place was empty.

When my family and I walked in we were immediately greeted by all the workers; it was our first time there and they never made us feel rushed or like we’re taking too long. After we had checked out and grabbed our drinks, the pizzas were already out. The food was fresh and hot and tasted amazing, we’ve tried many different pizza places before, but the quality does not compare. Overall great experience and we will be back!

Refused to honor our loyalty card (buy five, get one free).Instead of keeping a loyal customer (for the cost of pennies worth of flour and tomato sauce), they’ve lost our business forever.But looking at the comments about this location’s service, it makes perfect sense.
No other place like Blaze / mod pizza charges extra for vegan cheese, and to make it worse, they hardly put 10 shreds of cheese on our pizza. It just looked like plain bread with toppings.

I was not happy about the service I got from Jackie today. I came in today for veterans Day and I asked if they were having a deal for us and she said they're giving a personal pizza up to one topping with a valid ID. I said okay. Then she proceeded to ask me if I have a valid ID, and I told her I did but I definitely didn't like her suspicious tone. I'm not sure why she questioned me about having an ID as if she's implying that I would come in with a fake ID, but I don't need to fake being a veteran just to get a pizza. I don't know if she questioned every single veteran that came in today the same way she questioned me but for some reason I seriously doubt it. And on top of that I actually spoke to some other people that went to pie pizza and they actually got a personal pizza to up to five toppings. So not only did she treat me in a suspicious manner, she actually gave me wrong information by only giving me one topping instead of five which is what it was supposed to be. I don't have a problem with the food but I definitely will not be coming to this location just because of her.

Table of four we were sat immediately. Blair was our server and she was spectacular! She should be your brand ambassador she's that good. The pizzas were delish along with our cocktails and wine. Blair convinced us to have the donuts with chocolate sauce and they didn't disappoint. We'll definitely be back and hopefully Blair will be there too.
