I lost my money, and without being able to return because it was to take 20 minutes, get home sit down to eat and get this, nothing good

It’s a carry out location with mobile order pickup or in store order allowed. The staff is friendly and pizza was warm. The processing time could have been faster. The store is clean and the there’s ample parking available. They have onsite cold drinks fridges and sauces available on purchase.

I placed a pickup order online and used Apple Pay. When I went to the store to pickup my order the cashier then asked me to use the keypad to finalize my order so that I could tip them. Since I was picking up my own to go order I didn’t feel that I had to so I declined a tip. When they gave me my order, I asked for Parmesan and Peppers and was told they no longer give it out for free and that I would have to pay $1 for a shaker of each. I don’t know what establishment decides that customers have to pay for condiments but that is ridiculous. I don’t know if they were just annoyed that I wouldn’t tip them for the order or if that’s how Pizza Hut is now conducting business but regardless I will no longer be going to be this location.
Just be aware that they might get irate if you don’t tip them and try to charge you for condiments

Usually I don't feel the need to write a review because any other time I order everything is good. They know what to do with pizza no problem. So lately I been receiving deals and tonight is Wing Wednesday. Buy one get one... Ok cool say less. I've tried the boneless honey bbq and bone in honey bbq a while back. Both were really good. I had the Lemon pepper another time and was ok but the seasoning was not on point but wings were still good and crispy like I like it. But tonight idk why I had a curious mind to try garlic parmesan. I think I wanted to try every flavor at least once. They look nothing like what they advertise online. They looked unappetizing actually. They came soggy drenched in a pool of clumpy garlic parm butter. Nonetheless I still tried them. They did not sit well with my stomach afterwards. My stomach cursed me out for not getting up and cooking my own meal. Now I'm scared to the other flavors.... So let this be a warning don't even think about trying those garlic Parmesan wings. My other wings were not as fresh as they normally are either. Breading falling all off the Boneless Honey bbq... idk what happened tonight but please don't hesitate to let me know how yall gonna make it up me

I want to THANK Aaron B for helping me out. Ordered a delivery for the family and this location went to a Door Dash delivery model. Always had the same person delivering our food but now my first Door Dash experience was awful. Was supposed to be delivered at a certain and it ended up 45 min late almost an hour door dash picked it up. Called the location and Aaron picked explained the situation. He offered to make a new order and deliver it himself but I only live a couple miles away. Picked it up myself! I hope Pizza Hut hires more people like Aaron. 😀👍

Be aware, they will sub out you pizza to door dash and you will spend over an hour waiting for a pizza you ordered, just to find their driver canceled and you got screwed. They will make it right, but you'll be waiting another 30 minutes. I didn't order from door dash for a reason, don't send my delivery through them next time

Tried the Alfredo pasta with breadsticks for the first time as a pick-up order. Customer service was great, and the pasta was decent. However, the atmosphere was disappointing—it definitely needs a thorough cleaning.

Pizza Hut is So Good! We have a convenient location nearby. We order via their app-SO convenient! If you are out and want to stop by instead, they are there ready for you. They have a fast and friendly staff that will have it ready for you in no time. We love having our Pizza Hut pizza night!
Vegetarian options: I personally will order vegetarian and love to choose any I love but will not hesitate to grab a slice of pepperoni and sausage on it! It’s all too good!
