I stopped at this Pizza Hut on my way home from work, even though there is one closer to my house, to grab a stuffed crust pepperoni pizza after the longest work week. What I received was probably THE best Hut pizza I’ve ever had. Sauce to cheese ratio is perfection. Pepperoni in every bite. Crust crispy and seasoned but not over cooked. This was a luxury pizza. And the store staff had to have had a busy night with the crazy storm that blew in, but they kind, smiling and efficient. This is my new store! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ordered 2 pizzas and some bread sticks, none of it was cut. The bread sticks didn’t get buttered so they’re dry and the seasoning didn’t stick. No they were not busy. It’s a Sunday after 7. No reason all 3 should have been this way. I worked at Pizza Hut as a cook when I was in high school, and this is not the quality of food that is expected to be served to customers.

A few weeks ago I placed an order for delivery that was significantly late. I received an unsolicted offer from pizza hut offering a free large pizza because of the late order. I received this offer by email on 11/7 and the coupon offer expires on 12/7. I tried to redeem it last night (11/17) and it was not a valid offer. I recevied a pop-up indicating the "deal" was no longer available. Called the store and manager wasn't available. I was told by an employee it was a corporate problem and the store couldn't do anything for me. I contacted corporate by phone resolution is going to take another 24-48 hours and I would get an email response.
Poor service, then getting a scam offer and then it seems no one wants to make it right. I've been ordering and visiting Pizza Hut since the mid-70's and service and has tanked in the last few years.
