That damn China logistics chain!Next, our pizza never got delivered. It says it was delivered, but it wasn't. I've ordered here a few times but what prompted me to write this review was how nice the front desk person was. Sometimes the pizza may take a little longer than anticipated when it's at peak times but the quality for a chain pizza place is there. Prefer it over dominos and papa

terrible service. shut it down or fire everyone who works there. had missing pizza in box. Ordered pizza at 5 pm and came at 6 30 pm. it was cold and missing 2 pieces of pizza. Manager was not willing to understand even after sending a photo. The worst service ive ever had.

If I could give zero stars I would terrible service terrible communication terrible everything. I had to wait 2 hours when I was told I would take 45 minutes to get my pizza. And as the guy shows up to my house. Taking it out of the bag he drops it on the floor. Honestly I would go with another pizza spot I'm never ordering here again.

So just gonna write this. If you order from here, fine but when they get busy they will mess up your order. They say they gave it away to someone else in error perhaps or really just forgot to make it. This is the second time this has happened. I was literally on hold for ten minutes on purpose just so that they can make the pizza. So I called while on hold an was told my pizza is just now coming out the oven vs it already saying out for delivery? lol Some people don’t catch on but I do, which is why I had to call again to simply get my money back as it’s been over an hour.

I ordered one Large Original Stuffed Crust and got original. I want my 2 dollars
They use Door Dash for delivery and it takes FOREVER. Took close to 2 hours for me to get an order. Also I paid for 2 sides of marinara and it was left out of the order. Never ordering Pizza Hut ever again.
