This location in located inside Rock Hill Highschool and ONLY students and staff of Rock Hill Highschool can purchase food from here. There also is not a delivery, curbside pickup, or anything other than ordering up front. Aside that, the pizza here is actually quite tasty. I ordered a personal cheese pizza and I was very satisfied. The crust is crispy as every other pizza hut pizza, the cheese was cooked to perfection, and the sauce was impeccable. Would recommend to someone else. 11/10

Terrible experience we waited 45 minutes for out food we could hear the arguing in the kitchen and we just walked out were never going back

This is the worst Pizza Hut ever! Pizza is burnt. They need better employees or SHUT IT DOWN! This restaurant need better management. This is not the 1st time I have experienced this with this Pizza Hut. Order at your own risk!!!!???

I have been to this Pizza hut several times never once had an issue till the last week and a half they apparently are having issues with ordering green peppers for there super supreme and some how forgot to order it for the last 2 weeks they never even bothered having any customer service ability no call back to tell us that they were out and asking if we wanted another topping since we had to pay more for it and they figured that it would be fine for us to pay more for less. So I called them and said there was issues with the pizza like no extra sauce was not even cut even all the way through and the pizza was not even whole is the middle was not connected to the outer half. He put me on hold apparently to question the other staff. Coming back then proceeds to accuse me of lying so then I ask to speak to a manager he then stated he was the manager to witch I responded is there someone the is competent (so how this is a cussword at least to the manager) then accused me of being rude and crazy then said I hope you have a nice day and hung up on me. Went up there because I was not satisfied for some reason. Got up there with my fiance I did not say a word just left it alone and let her handle it. Then he started in on me saying to me that next time don't start cussing at people over the phone(still confused how how call someone incompetent is a cussword) I told him he had no right to talk to me to witch he responded yelling at me get out of my store. How he ever made it to manager is beyond me yelling at customers in front of other costumers especially when he was clearly in the wrong. What is it with people not having customer service skills anymore when did it go from customer is always right to your an interruption. Would not ever recommend anyone to ever eat there.

My Pizza had more sauce than cheese and was awful. I have eaten pizza for years and this place is nasty and food is terrible. NEVER GO!
I ordered a dinner box and my marinara for the bread sticks was missing. I called to request a marinara be sent out. I was told it would be an hour and a half before I would receive my marinara. Obviously my bread sticks would have been cold by then. Bread sticks start to get hard if you do not eat them right away and are only good fresh. Since the store screwed up, I requested some fresh bread sticks if it was going to take that long for a marinara to be sent out. The manager refused and said he would only send out a marinara and that I should eat the cold ones. Fresh bread sticks in my mind would have been a common courtesy for making the customer wait an hour and a half to fix their mishap. Unbelievable to me. Any other location that I have ordered from would have been happy to accommodate. Clearly the manager would rather lose a loyal customer than make the customer happy. Goodbye Pizza hut. Hello Dominoes!

I used to think Pizza Hut was the best until I went to this one. The first time I went the libby and dining area was a total mess. The pizza was not good at all. I figured they just had a bad night but my second pizza from there wasn't any better. I honestly have not gone to ANY other Pizza Hut since.
