20min wait but food is okay. Like the atmosphere. Pizza quality is inconsistent, some over cooked some undercooked. Most are soggy in the middle. Was expecting more with the price point in Frisco… Also the white wine is not worth drinking, only took a sip and left the rest.
Great Food, Yet Customer Service Lacked Competence:
We ordered two pizzas and they tasted great. However, we did a curbside pickup which on the email and phone call stated they would bring the pizza out to us. After a 15-20 minute wait, I decided to walk in and see why a “few minute” delay was extended. Our pizzas were sitting on a shelf behind the front desk. Based on the room temperature taste of the pizza, I’d guess they were there longer than they should’ve...
