I ordered a shaken cold brew they asked if I wanted milk which I thought was odd. Anyways I said just a splash of half and half. I had 2 mediums and the total was 14 and change. I received 2 glasses of iced milk. I went inside to try and get more cold brew on top. Waited a bit there was a line but the two ladies saw me I got tired of waiting so here is my review.

They’re half the reason I’m fat! The cinnamon rolls are good. Too good. I keep coming back for more. It’s a toxic relationship that’s only held together by the good product and good service lmfao

Was told the beignet machine has been down for the past month (and counting). Very disappointing given that the beignets are one of the main reasons for visiting PJ’s.
We frequent the PJ’s in Leander and drove from Richardson to come to this location. Chai Latte was watery, chocolate croissant was terrible. Sad to say we won’t return.

😊 I just stopped by PJ’s Coffee hoping for a cozy spot to enjoy some hot chocolate ☕ and get a bit of work done on my laptop. When I walked in, there was a customer in front of me who seemed to be best buddies with the cashier—they were hugging and chatting like it was a little reunion. 🤗
I waited patiently, but for a good minute or two, I wasn’t even greeted or acknowledged. Another employee even came over laughing about how they forgot a drive-thru order, and they all shared a little giggle while I stood there feeling invisible. 👻
In the end, I just decided to head out and find another spot—like Starbucks—where I knew we’d be greeted and treated like actual customers. 😊 Hopefully, PJ’s can step up their customer service game in the future!
Best coffee ever!

Like the coffee and beneighs, however it all gets diluted by Super slow service. Takes way too long to get in and out.

Happy to have a taste of NOLA in the form of PJs Coffee in the North Dallas Suburbs. Can always get my fix of fresh beignets here in Frisco close to home. Great friendly service and nice atmosphere always.

I’ve been coming to this location since they opened and this is, by far, my favorite coffee shop. Lauren (owner) and her staff is super friendly and consistently make a great coffee. I’ve never been disappointed. I highly recommend!!

PJ’s Coffee in Frisco is a cozy, welcoming spot with great vibes and even better coffee. Their signature cold-drip brew is smooth and flavorful, and the staff always greet you with genuine Southern warmth. It’s a perfect place to relax, catch up with friends, or get some work done. Prices are a little higher than average, but the quality and atmosphere make it totally worth it.

the hurricane is very good
Going out of business soon...huge staff change over n the new kids have an extremely poor work ethic.
Since April, my friend and I come here every Monday afternoon at 430p and order a very basic Café Americano...yesterday 9/29/2025 you would have thought we were speaking a different language....child with curly hair and glasses straight up said we don't make that here, then said she didn't know how to ring it up.. typically we get a cold foam on top but she said they don't have any...duh sweetheart you're supposed to make it.
This is all in addition to NOTHING tasting like ANYTHING from New Orleans...very bland...no soul
When you're employees are untrained/incompetent, when they drive customers away with they poor attitudes and don't value the hard work you put in to opening the business, the business will fail.
It's a coffee shop...go to another and watch this was close it's doors...I give it 2 years..3 MAX.
