Terrible matcha. I’m sorry. They have this yucky green color matcha. Not the lighter one. No matter how many scoops you put in it, it’ll still be dark. GREAT SERVICE THOUGH. Paid $8 for it. I supported at least. :)
Ordered vanilla ice. It was not so sweet, expected it to be sweet. It was ok
To the PJs Ownership, I did not mean to diminish the quality of your food when I gave it a 3. In fact, I thought that was a good rating for a breakfast! I would only give a 5 to a top restaurant, not a coffee shop. That said, my breakfast sandwich was great and the coffee and the people are awesome!
Really nice environment to study in’
Very poor quality coffee, it’s burnt and bitter, so even cappuccino tastes very bad. My siblings like this place because latte is alright and it is pretty quiet.
I'm from New Orleans, Louisiana and I worked for PJ's Coffee while I was in college. The Granita here tasted like bleach/cleaner. I won't be coming here again. I had to throw both drinks away...and my stomach hurts.
Very friendly staff. Coffee was fresh
Great beignets, they were fresh and crispy. Better than Disneyland. White chocolate latte was really good too. Great staff and service. Really glad they’re in McKinney!
I love this location. It is clean and the employees are kind and helpful, especially when wanting to try a new drink. I enjoy the variety of sugar free options available. I have not tried any food yet, but the entire store smells so good.
Bonus points: They don’t have music blaring like other places and they have quite a bit of seating options.
I will be back soon.
Got an iced latte and it was so pale and all I could taste was the syrup. I got it to go in a hurry so I didn’t realize the pale color. I don’t know, but I think they forgot to add a shot of espresso, but disappointing and not worth the money. Otherwise, staff was friendly and atmosphere seems nice

Loved the beignets
Cool little coffee shop with better tasting coffee than most of the big chains, I will be a frequent at this location!
The espresso might have been a little watery-weak, and the absence of a drip light or ‘blonde’ roast tempted to be discouraging, however the ladies made the visit almost heavenly - I was blessed to stumble in on this beautifully dark and drizzly morning 😊
Delicious pastries. Very polite customer service.
Love PJ’s coffee! And love that it’s a drive thru!
