I got the Taiwanese pot, husband also got a pot. His hotpot had an option of regular tofu or stinky tofu (which he chose) boy that was a mistake 🤣😂. Other than the stinky tofu, the hotpot was delicious.

I’m honestly really disappointed. I used to enjoy this place, but the quality has dropped a lot. We ordered two hot pots, the fried trio, and the chicken steak with rice. The chicken tasted off and had a rubbery texture, the egg was cold and overcooked, and the popcorn chicken was soggy outside and dry inside. Also overly seasoned with salt and pepper. Those items just felt poorly prepared and not fresh. I don’t expect perfection, but serving food like this isn’t acceptable. I hope the owners take this seriously because I’d hate to stop coming here for good.

Ordered the hot pot and it tasted pretty good. It's more on the pricey side based on the portions provided. the ramune is a whopping 4.25! I ordered a tiger boba milk tea and a passion fruit refresher. I am severely disappointed since the drink did NOT look like the picture. It didn't include the fruit that is shown in the picture and there was also a piece of RAMEN in my milk tea..I asked one of the workers why I didn't have fruit in my drink and they said it was just a picture for commercial purposes. Pretty misleading and it should be changed especially for a drink that cost 6.25 for just water and tea flavoring. The atmosphere is nice but I would rather spend a little more to go to an all you can eat hotpot.

Ordered Uber delivery late night order last night and found a nasty hair sticking with the tofu after pulling everything out from the takeout bowl.

We ordered Ubereat delivery today and ordered sticky tofu hotpot, I opened it and put it in the pot to reheat and also cook the vermicelli, I found the sticky tofu has mold on it……….this is not acceptable and the food quality definitely need to be improved and inspected. Not going to order anymore.

Been going for many years now but since it moved out from inside 99 Ranch the taste has changed. The rice is no longer fresh and the quality is no longer there. The atmosphere also does not seem right either. Service was decent. It’s also a pity their stinky tofu is takeout only now. The Taiwanese sausage used to be cut more evenly with garlic properly chopped. Now it’s randomly diced sized. Even the garlic that came either it was chopped haphazardly with the ends still on there.

My favorite place to eat. Plenty of good hot pot flavors and comes with pre selected ingredients. You can add on ingredients as well. The portions are big. And the staff are super friendly.

Cool ambience. We sat in the honeycomb table. Don't sit here if you're taller than 6 ft. I found the food was bland. The Taiwanese spicy pot was not bad, but a little more flavor wouldn't hurt either. I would say the portions are above average though - the hot pot was big and can probably be shared with 2 or 3 people. I would come back in the future to give it another shot. I thought pricing was on the high end for what we got.

The personal hot pot is back at the new location (Inside Kyuramen). My favorite is the Taiwanese one that includes every topping for a perfect hot pot. Love it!!!
