The service was terrible. The cashier barely made eye contact with us, rushed the order before I was finished, and we can look straight into the kitchen, and no one is doing anything to prepare our order. Fast food should not take this long!!

I ordered phone delivery uber eat...chicken wings.. but not give Bayou Buffalo sauce I go driving 12,mints in restaurant ask after I get sauce..waste of time & waste of gas...already 25,waiting for food & I driving car gas time all of waste...why like doing please follow care of customer..I call but no answer then I go live restaurant

We waited for the longest time, we understand they were busy. But to then get the tiniest 5 tenders for $16, didn’t make it worth it.
Who gives you chicken tenders with no sauce. Nobody wants to eat dry chicken tenders. I mean you might as well just call it chicken jerky if there is no sauce!!!!!!!!

I usually don’t even make reviews but this was genuinely the worst experience I’ve had at any place. I ordered a large mac and cheese, not only did it take 20+ mins, the pasta was practically raw plus the cheese was soupy. I paid $9 so obviously, I went back and showed them before politely asking for a remake. Before I know it there are three people up at the cash register, with one worker laughing, one awkwardly lecturing another, and the last one practically degrading me for complaining??? Stating that “the mac and cheese comes frozen” so of course it would look like that. Even though I’ve been to other locations and it has NEVER looked like that. I felt so embarrassed/ashamed especially because as someone who works in the food industry, I would NEVER treat a customer that way. Then, when I asked for a refund/something to accommodate for it they refused! At that point I had entirely lost my appetite, and simply left. Never coming back again, if I could put 0 starts I would.

They didn’t give me what was ordered. They gave me what they want to and that’s not okay. Food cost too much for my money to be wasted. I called and left a message but this is the absolute worst Popeyes.
Worst experience ever too bad staff
The chicken pieces were not the pieces ordered. The chicken breast piece received was somewhat pinkish red near the bone. The other chicken pieces were very small and not fresh. The serving size for a side item is way over priced. When using points, the price on items ordered is not lowered or discounted. The items at this particular restaurant are expensive and are not worth the price. I would not waste my time and money at Popeyes.

The employee I spoke with is rude. I placed an online order for pickup, but when I’m at the store they said someone showed my order receipt and took and picked it when only I have the original receipt. They were rude and were like we can’t fo anything, just place a new order. Seriously they can’t even check the name or order number and not even acknowledge that they made mistake.

Horrible service, the management was rude to begin with and then they took at least 30mins to prepare our food and when I questioned they said they had forgot to put it in the system.

Worst Popeyes ever, pls fire the manager
The food took 20 minutes to come out. The chicken patty was all bread and almost no chicken. No pickles, and kids meals came out wrong. 34$ for a sandwich and two kids meals.

30 minutes for two chicken sandwiches and two one piece tender meals. While I waited, at least 50% of customers came back with missing or incorrect/incomplete orders, and when my order finally arrived, it was also incorrect. Another 10 minutes to get two one piece tender meals.
Customer service is astonishingly bad.

The worst service ever. It took 25 minutes for my kids' meal, which was missing sides and drinks. The staff didn't seem to care much. There is no way in hell I would come back to this location.
