The food is usually fine at this location. But the last few times I’ve been there the guy has upcharged me for a medium drink I didn’t ask for and charges me 30 cents. Once I thought was a mistake and this second time I feel like they’re trying to get away with it.

I understand it gets busy, But literally it's 1 of the worst popeyes i've ever been too, I ordered a classic bacon and cheese chicken sandwich..was supposed to be crispy but they gave me a blackened chicken instead and they didn't even bother remaking it...Not just my order, but many orders were wrong, The whole staff needs better communication and training

Ripoff joint. Ordered a large red beans and large coleslaw with two sandwiches. Here's the beans and coleslaw (not quite 2/3 full). Go elsewhere to get your money's worth.

I’ve made it a point to stop once a week for dinner. The past couple stops it’s gotten worse. I Order the Spicey wings. I honestly don’t know what they gave me. I will try again just know service is dropping. I know things can get busy and you may have a dinner rush but we are paying for this food. I’m so disappointed.

Every time I come, there’s a Popeyes in the colony and then nearest this Popeyes here brand new, and Frisco and they already got a nasty attitude. This is my second time coming here. I live literally next-door and I don’t like to come here. They are slow they definitely have an attitude. I don’t understand it don’t they know diversity is good There’s all Spanish people working here. I never have a good experience whenever there is just one race working in one place especially if the manager is a buddy buddies so this is my last time coming to this Popeyes the one in Little M is a whole lot better and they’re more respectable but this one here in Frisco and the one in the colony, the workers got a nasty attitude which is a direct Cause of the manager. The manager don’t care and I’m done.

On 1/24 at 524 pm I went to drive through . They asked if I wanted spicy chicken but they didn’t have any regular strips I told her was for 6 year old so I couldn’t do spicy. She said then you will have to wait . She asked me to pull forward and we waited not only 3 mins is was like 10, so when they came out they gave me bag. We drove home which took about 25 mins because of traffic. So I take out All the food and the sandwich and mashed potatoes were missing called but no one answered so I called corporate and they sent a text. I was texting at least two hours answered there questions the they ask for receiptWhich I sent them. Then I never heard back. I asked today what happened and they said can you sent receipt. They got there receipt and nothing again. I just texted back and said I to much trouble but they lost customer and I will let others know about there service. Be sure to check your bag for the correct food or they will run you around until you just give up.
