The chicken at Cane's for sure is better than other places along with their awesome sauce. Customer services are on par with Chicfila. When I finished my food and was checking on the phone, the cashier even asked for permission to put the trash away for me. To me that deserves 5 stars. Thank you.

Fast, efficient, friendly just like most Cane's. Update: upgrading to 5 stars since I've been a frequent quest in the dining room and I'm always impressed by the cleanliness, bright decor, and incredibly friendly staff. Yeah, 5 stars for fast food, but man do these guys stand out against any other indoor fast food that's just become grubby and impersonal.

This was my first visit eating for myself here. Got a 3 finger combo. Chicken was good & good quality, fries were great, the toast was great but would be nice if it had more flavor or something on it. Canes sauce my nephew loves was just okay, kinda just tasted like tangy ranch imo. Good food though ?
Twice in a row we picked up our order and were not given the drinks we ordered. Tried calling for two hours and nobody picks up the phone. Terrible customer service and location!

The service is so slow it makes Whataburger seem fast. On top of that the service and attitude of the staff is horrible. The food has gone way down in the past couple of years. There's way too many options to give them my business.
