Recently happened to visit the place. The ambience is decent. I’ve ordered pav bhaji and it turns out to be the worst pav bhaji i ever had. In the name of bhaji, they just gave aloo curry and the pav is not at all fresh. For the price it is at, 8.99, tried my best to eat half atleast, but couldn’t even do that.
This Rajulas kitchen location sent email saying 5 pcs fresh roti for 99 cents. Manager went for vacation and none of the employees knows about it. Beware of this cheaters and dumb manager at this location.
Google maps said it opens at 9. We got there at 10:30 and the lady there told us they weren’t open yet. She was very uninterested
Thali is great. Jalebi is great, try to get it hot from them. They are a friendly staff. Pizza is okay but not up to expectations. Located in a very good area. You can have food and go for grocery shopping in India bazar. There are other restaurants next to it like a next counter where they have different food options.
Great clean and large location, didn't get heartburn which is a huge plus.
The quality and taste of the items at this hotel are extremely poor. Even the tea and snacks are of very low quality and taste. I strongly advise against wasting your money on food here. It seems like there is no proper food inspection taking place. The staff also appears to be unproductive. I visited twice and discussed with other friends, and surprisingly, everyone shared the same negative feedback. I urge the management to stop serving frozen food and misleading customers. They should prioritize using fresh and high-quality ingredients. Anyone who gave a 5-star rating likely worked as part-time assistants at this shop. They’ve even posted pictures taken from behind the counter in their reviews. It’s a clear reflection of the owner’s low-class mentality to pressure these workers into leaving positive ratings. In the entire Dallas area and Collin County, this is by far the worst restaurant we have ever encountered.
Stale frozen food.
We have been there few times, but today manager/cashier who I saw there first time , was very rude and worst customer service. Food was terrible which I ended up throwing in trash. Rajula need to give franchising to ethical people

I really loved the quality and taste of every food items we ordered. Vada pav, dabela, aloo poori, and Puran Poli were really great quality. Specially the Puran poli was so authentic in taste and was made in pure ghee! Really recommend the place.

It’s the best place for vegetarians near Frisco Hanuman temple. Their customer service is great. The manager and the guys working there are so friendly and helping.
They also serve live roti, fresh curries, thepla and Jalebi. Jilebi is the best in Dfw.
