My husband and I came here on 3/13, a Thursday night and it seemed like a slower night. We were sat right away and greeted by our server Michael shortly after. Service was great. We had an issue with our appetizer and Michael fixed the issue right away. He was very attentive the entire time we were there and made the whole experience even better.

Food was fantastic. Served was slow and inattentive and she forgot to turn in the order for our appetizer and then brought it AFTER our entrees. Got a Lobsterita drink but it had almost no flavor.

We're trying to place a to go order and have a Red Lobster gift card that we can't get their website to accept. They won't accept it over the phone and won't let us pay when we arrive. They're closing stores and just came out of bankruptcy. Well done.....this is what failure looks like!

I have mixed ratings. Ultimately Meredith was great! When I first got there, I was seated but I didn’t seem to have a server. There was confusion, yelling in the kitchen for one of the girls and vocally wondering where she was. Three separate people asked if they could get me water or biscuits or both. Finally they decided who would wait on my table-I happily offered to move to a table in a clear section. Seems like it would reduce confusion for everyone. Again, Meredith was great. Offered suggestions, patient, prompt. Biscuits recipe changed maybe? Seemed bland. Definitely not the crack biscuits I’ve been used to over the years. Thought the salad was one of the regular sides, not a premium but maybe I just never noticed. Still liked the food overall but it didn’t blow my skirt up.

Most of the food was good. Lobster was mushy but they made me another one that was cooked perfectly. My wife’s and my baked potatoes were a bit cold, but they were ok. The server, Michael S. was great.

One of the meals was served cold, but the staff quickly rectified the situation and made everything good. Mike was an outstanding waiter.

We waited 20 minutes before lunch rush with several empty tables. All the while watching the host try to find someone to bus tables. There weren't any servers around. The manager came out afterward with our addressing the waiting customers. By then, it had to be at least 8 people waiting. Then we finally sat down without an explanation or apology. We waited until we received our appetizer until we received the biscuits. The chowder was too smooth. I won't be coming back to this location!

Jessica was our waitress she did beyond her work very attentive; friendly and careless . Jessica your service was great and awesome we were very pleased 🌹. But for sure she needs more of support of the managers attention at welcoming door poor service at the door waiting to long to be seated.

The unit thing good about our experience tonight was the manager. They were out of broccoli, out of their seafood bake special, the trout was so dry it was ridiculous, the flounder sandwich was so thin it was more breading than fish, and the brussel sprouts were drowning in teriyaki sauce. The salad was good though. For the $27 final bill after the discounts the manager gave us for the 3 meals, we could have had a really good meal elsewhere. Happy 83rd birthday dad. We will have to celebrate elsewhere another night to make up for the awful experience and extremely long wait for food when there was barely anyone in the restaurant. This should have been completely comped - even the manager said the fish was so overcooked yet still didn’t comp the full amount.
The funny thing is the waitress offered us lemon to moisten the fish. We’d need so much lemon to moisten this it would not be edible.

So sad because I used to live red lobster.

If you haven’t been to Tricky Fish at The Star I highly recommend it!!! It’s amazing! Never had a bad meal there

Have dined here seldom, and usually they aren't too crammed. However, on Valentine's Day I made a reservation and when I showed up the kitchen was backed up and there was a wait even with the reservation. But even still they managed to find a table for us and get our food out without much of a delay, and was very satisfied with the service and food even though I know they were stretched very thin last night. Want to thank the lady who was able to find us a table and our waitress from that night who were very apologetic about the wait times and for maintaining a calm and friendly demeanor. As someone who works in costumer service I'm very proud of them for how they were handling the kitchen being backed up.
