There is consistently a negative vibe entering this place and it contrasts significantly with the other businesses in Frisco Square. The baristas seem miserable and pick who they are welcoming to, which is confusing cause the coffee is MID at best with unappealing side options. Doesn't give that welcoming cozy vibe I get from other (better) cafes in Frisco.

Such an amazing atmosphere and people. I requested one of their breakfast items without bacon and she made a whole new fresh batch of sandwiches for me. In this crazy political era we are in this world where people get treated differently based on their appearance, religion, etc… this store gives equal kindness to all of their patrons and has definitely won my heart. Will be coming back with friends to spread the word of this wonderful place!

I got the London fog extra sweet. I don't know if they forgot the flavoring but I had to add a handful of sugar packets (complimentary) just for it to be tolerable.
The bakery was okay. We ordered a pastry (that was unlabeled). The lady says it's a blueberry muffin despite looking nothing like what's in the case. We tell the staff, and she doubled down that it's the blueberry in the pastry case despite looking nothing like what was in the box.
Would I recommend it ? No. Would I come back? No. Decent place all around but o won't be returning

Product is usually really good but today the service wasn’t. It’s my husbands birthday and we decided to get some coffee and a bacon egg and cheese croissant. Waited 30 minutes just to find out that they forgot to prepare it. Gently reminded her, waited another 15 minutes to find out that the toaster wasn’t even on and she forgot again. We ended up just leaving being charged for it but never getting it. Really disappointing especially on my husbands birthday.
