I’m practicing one meal a day to stay healthy. My coworkers often order sushi, so my hungry nose has become very sensitive — but this time, I couldn’t even smell the fish. That must mean it was really fresh I was right I also enjoyed some tea there, and I especially liked that it was self-service, so I could get what I needed on my own. The food turned out to be more upscale than I expected. It turns out the chefs have impressive careers — they’re sushi experts who used to work by the beaches of L.A. and have now moved here, making incredibly delicious food. I just wanted to say thank you.

If you are ever in Frisco and craving poke.. do not go ANYWHERE else! This place this the absolute BEST!!! I have been going here since high school and it’s always been consistent. All through college, every time I was visiting home, I was always excited to go back to Roll & Poke. Now that I am back living in Frisco, I have tried other poke places and they don’t compare. This place tastes amazing, huge variety, FREE miso soup, and the owner is so nice. Thank you Roll & Poke!

Best Philadelphia Rolls I've ever had and I've had a lot. The sauce they provide works so well with them. It's about 20 minutes away from me and I will gladly make the trip for more! Plus they offer complimentary miso soup which is well made as well.

Been coming here for years and it never disappoints! Bonus: they offer free miso soup.
Ambiance: They have an extensive selection of sushi rolls, and you can build your own poke by filling out a sheet. The staff is always kind and accommodating, and the food comes out quickly. Plenty of seating available, and they also offer takeout.
Poke: The variety of sauces is great! I love mixing spicy mayo with eel sauce for the perfect balance of spice and sweetness. I always get double salmon scoops, and the fish is consistently fresh and soft. The portions are always consistent.
First time I came was good didn’t have a problem. But watch out the salmon has bones in it got two of them in it and felt the portion was not the same as the first time. Customers service was no help and short. Too many places around it to deal with this poor service.

Fabulous, absolutely fabulous. I go here all the time and when I don't and try a new poke place every now and then just to see what else is out there, I regret it. I mean I literally regret it with other places serving you hot sushi rice (terrible for raw fish) and frozen fish chunks.
No such problems here with their fresh fish, rice at the right temperature, very very generous portions and toppings, and reasonable price.
Just make your life easy; when you feel like having poke and happen to be 15-20 minutes of their location, just come get some.
